Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
