Vacation rentals with a patio in Höllviken

A really cozy space! The husband and I enjoyed a lovely comfortable bed (something hard for me but excellent for him) and fluffy, soft linens so we slept so well. In the hall when you enter, there is also a microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment - perfect for breakfast and simple dinner on the road. Also coffee, tea and some other things are available to use. We brought a cooler bag for the food and the ice packs could fit without any problems in the freezer compartment. We were there in December to visit family, during the summer months you can really enjoy the surroundings and proximity to the sea, so we would love to come back in the summer :) It's easy to find and Anna's instructions are easy to follow. You park outside the hedge that is well visible when you arrive. We can really recommend this home!

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

The location of the apartment is really fantastic: by a small walk in nature you can reach the beach and the port of Skanör in 10 minutes with many restaurants. The shopping facilities with a good assortment are also easily accessible on foot. Communication with Mats was very straightforward, accommodating and extremely fast (within seconds!). Mats is a very likeable host. You get a guest book with many practical tips and excursion opportunities. So you don't have to buy a guidebook:) The apartment is very nice and sleeps 4 people. Our son really appreciated the available board games. I can recommend this apartment and thank you Mats for letting us be his guests.

Great apartment, high standard of refurbishment, cleanliness and decor. The host was very responsive and friendly and helpful. Lots of space. One bedroom could have more storage if possible, but for a weekend break it was fine. Bathroom and kitchens had fantastic high end products, which makes travelling for a weekend so much easier as you don’t have to bring/ buy all those items. Within walking distance of everything and next to the main station. Thank you for letting us stay in your property, we loved our time in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Very nice apartment, everything available, located in a quiet residential area. Easy to reach, bus stop around the corner. Beach within walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable.

What a nice stay! We were positively surprised. A nice place to stay, clean and spacious! Owners are super nice and respond quickly. Ideal for transit. We will definitely come back here again!

Nasek is a lovely host and has put together a beautiful apartment. It is a bit outside of the city but very well-connected via public transport 😊

My husband, our 2 Labrador dogs, and I stayed at Josefin's and Christoffer's beautiful guesthouse. The cabin is clean, has all the amenities needed and is very cozy. The beautiful decorations made us feel right at home. We enjoyed walking the dogs at the dog beach near by and through the grass/forest areas around the guesthouse. The bicycles are a great plus because you are in 10 min. at the beach and restaurants.

For those who appreciate a quiet location and the unspoiled view of the sea, this is perfect. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea, resting in the afternoon overlooking the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening overlooking the sea.

Harald is so kind and responsive, and was super flexible with us and our specific travel needs re:checkin times. The place is beautiful and the area very lovely ❤️ overall, we all agreed we would love to come back!

In short, it's a calm and lovely place! The countryside is authentic and charming, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. My family and I felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, with a large kitchen and two bedrooms featuring comfy beds. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It's close to the seaside (with great views) and serves as a perfect starting point for various car trips. This part of Sweden is stunning. We can definitely recommend it for a short visit or even a longer (holiday) stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had booked Elisa's place for an extended weekend and it met our expectations. Elisa responded quickly to any questions prior to the stay, and responded quickly if we had any questions about the place after check-in. Super comfortable and friendly host 😊 The warmest recommendations from here!

Our entire stay was positive. The rental was perfect. The house met all our needs and we even enjoyed the garden. The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the train. 30 minute walk to the gardens and castle. Kicki has bicycles available which was a huge plus. Kicki and Elizabeth were excellent hosts. If planning a trip to Malmo or even Copenhagen (30 minutes by train) I highly recommend this property. Thank you Kicki and Elizabeth!!

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic central location near Subway and bus services. Spacious and clean and very homely. Our host Mads was fantastic - friendly and responsive. Meeting Mads on arrival was great as we had a personal tour of the apartment and great restaurant recommendations. On arrival milk in fridge with butter and all herbs and spices for cooking. All in all an excellent stay.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Emma‘s apartment is very cozy and bright. We felt right at home! You can reach the airport and the city centre equally quick, the metro is super close. Emma is very nice, communicates proactive with clear instructions for the check-in and gave us great tips on brunch spots in the area. Definitely recommend staying here :)

What a great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and the Metro stop is just around the corner. Most of the city center is easily accessible by foot or by metro. Nearby Enghav Plads Park is packed with excellent people watching after work or on a sunny day.

We had a great stay! Camilla was extremely efficient and always very helpful throughout our visit. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. The living room was especially charming and perfect for relaxing. While the bathroom was quite small, everything else was just perfect. We also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to leave our backpacks after the official check-out time — that made our last day much easier. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Steffen is a well-deserved Superhost. He took care of our well-being, had good tips for excursions and maintains the apartment very well. Particularly noteworthy; everything essential is available (linens, towels, etc.), so that you actually go on a hotel vacation. The rest of the equipment is high quality, coffee machine, induction stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher are impeccable. Steffen responded very quickly and took great care, a really nice guy who obviously enjoys his activity on Airbnb. Last but not least, nearby (5 min walk) is a Lidl and the station of the B line, which takes you downtown in the metro area in 20 min. By bike, you need about 30 minutes for a leisurely ride. In the other direction, you arrive at a nice lake in 1 km, perfect for running or strolling. The new project "Summer House" will certainly be an equally good insider tip.
