Here you live in the countryside and can enjoy a morning swim from the jetty in Skåre harbor, white beaches in Höllviken and Skanör, golf, farm shops and cozy cafés. With three bedrooms and room for 8–9 guests, there is plenty of space for rest, play and community. This accommodation is perfect for families, friends or those looking for both a country idyll and proximity to the beach, city and fun excursions.

When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. It includes: 2nd Floor: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. 1st Floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There are large social areas both inside and outside. Outdoor pool and boules court in a cozy forest environment near Kämpingestranden. There is a double bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two adults, a single bed and a crib. If there are more of you, it's perfectly okay to bring your own sleeping place, there's plenty of room for it. However, a maximum of 8 people. Cleaning must be purchased. Bed linens and towels for pool/shower/kitchen are not included.
