We rent out our cozy apartment, which is a separate part of our house with its own entrance. Only 50 meters to the shoreline. The apartment is 45 sqm and adjacent to it there is a patio of another 50 sqm with ping pong table. Large garden with both evening and morning sun and access to a large child-friendly pool of 40 sqm. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. Parking. Nature offers proximity to nice forests and seas and only a 10-minute walk to the beach restaurant and Höllvikens tennis club.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

A private townhouse/apartment with private plot in the heart of Höllviken. Two bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen. Perfect location with walking distance to both the beach, city center and bus connections. Bed linen and 1 towel per person are included. Cleaning is not included in the price. If you do not want to clean yourself, you can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500 per stay. If you wish to have cleaning done, please let the host know in good time.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to beach, shopping and Höllviken's restaurant offerings. This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

With us, you are close to most things, a kilometer-long sandy beach, a mall with a large grocery store, liquor stores and shops, a center with restaurants and service shops (hairdresser, naprapath, beauty salons), tennis courts, paddle tennis and several beautiful golf courses. An incredibly beautiful holiday destination – all year round. Close to Denmark and Copenhagen, the Måkläppen nature reserve for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

It is very close to the marina and close to the beach.
