Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Lean back among the pine tree tops, take an outdoor shower, listen to the birdsong and relax in this peaceful, architect-designed accommodation. A secluded gem in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant , local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach. A place with a big heart.

This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

New guesthouse for maximum 4 persons. Fully equipped. Public transportations are not the best so we REALLY recommend getting here by car. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. A newly-built cottage with 30 sqm on the lower floor and two sleeping lofts on the upper floor. The sleeping loft has a ceiling height of 180 cm at the foot end. The cottage is bright, modern with thoughtful details. When you get here, the beds are made and towels are included. Here you will find all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It is very close to the marina and close to the beach.

Treat yourself to a rest in a picturesque place! The property has a guest house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a gym and an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace, a pond and a beautiful garden. It is the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.
