Området är känt för sin rika natur och kultur. Stugan är ca 30 kvm och är utrustad med litet pentry (kokplattor och liten ugn), kyl och frys, stort matbord och en säng 140 cm och lämpar sig därför för 1-2 personer. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Tillgång till SPA ingår. Städning ingår ej. Bastu finns ej. Kajaker och roddbåt kan hyras

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för mysiga kvällar framför brasan. Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester är ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna.

Charming family or couple home

Lomma is a prosperous community with a perfect location by the sea, 10 km from Lund and 10 km from Malmö. It has lovely walking paths along the sea or in the nearby parks at Alnarp's agricultural college. The proximity to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen means that there is always access to world-class culture and shopping. The house is from 1913 but renovated in 2016 with maintained charm. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
