In the Austrian Weinviertel region, north of Vienna, lies the Pulkau Valley, nestled among beautiful vineyard hills. Although the cottage, which was renovated on April 26, only has a solar shower (in the shower tent) in the garden, it is very quiet since there are no direct neighbors and it is located outside the village. Toilet, water, and electricity are provided. A shady walnut tree in the garden overlooking the vineyard invites you to relax. It is very suitable for a minimalist and relaxing stay.

Guesthouse in the Meierhof

The Guesthouse is situated in the Meierhof, an auxiliary building next to the castle. The castle park and gardens are adjacent to the Meierhof and are open to the public. There are two tenniscourts in Mühlbach, where we can reserve slots for you in advance. There are many leisurely hikes in our area and Kamptal, Wachau, Waldviertel and Weinviertel with beautiful old town centers (Krems, Strass, Hadersdorf, Eggenburg, ...), popular wineries and wine taverns are easily accessible by bike or car.

IT´Z SECRET liegt versteckt, geschmiegt an den Hang des Manhartsberges, der das Weinviertel vom Waldviertel trennt. 3 Seiten des atmosphärischen Anwesens grenzen an einen luftigen Wald. Sowohl aus dem charmanten Salettl, als auch von einer der Steinterrassen und dem „Rattannest“ mit Schirmdach bietet sich ein eindrucksvoller Blick über sich das darunter ausbreitende Retzerland im Weinviertel. Das historische Haus (erbaut 1870), ist nun ein einladender, charmanter Lebensraum zum Wohlfühlen.

The holder house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, in which the original appearance of the building was preserved. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after distancing from walls and the ceiling) into a spacious, light-flooded kitchen/living/dining room of 70 m ². In the former stable on the left there are bedroom, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m2 garden.

Our 200-year-old town villa offers 200 m² of living space on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. Especially for cyclists/groups, free e-charging station for EVs and families with children and pets. Chilling on the terrace, barbecuing in the small garden or cozy partying in your own party/wine cellar (about 18 m²) are ready for you! Since the bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a few steps, we are only partially suitable for people with special needs.
