Monthly Rentals in Holiday Beach

When the place next door to your vacation home of 45+ years becomes a short term rental property, you would think our first reaction would be “oh no, there goes the neighborhood.” But much to Erin and Jennifer’s credit, we have not experienced one single problem. It’s all been positive. In fact, we just rented their place to host overflow lodging for our family. Not only was the place just the right size, but to have family be able to stay right next door at a very reasonable price doesn’t get any more convenient than that! Thanks E&J. Until next time!

Very peaceful and quiet. Everything u need inside and out. BBQ grill in back yard was useful. Had a great night's sleep and close to the bay. Short drive to everything in town.

This was our fourth time staying at the cottage and we’ll be back! We love it! It’s peaceful, the hosts are great, it’s definitely become our home away from home. If you need a little getaway to nature, calm, and serenity…this is it! We find it here every year…even with the kiddos in tow. John and Jo are extremely responsive, communicative, and friendly.
