Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Open floor plan for kitchen and living areas with fireplace. Four bedrooms of which double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and double bed on the upper floor loft. Two bathrooms, sauna, dishwasher, laundry machine & drying cabinet.

Our cabin is searching for people who can keep it warm when we're not there. The cabin has a large garden, separate kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and 2 refrigerators. The cabin is not on the main road. Wifi 250/100 Mbps. You have to bring your own linens and towels, and clean the house before you leave. Bike paths (gravel), hiking trails, nature reserves near by. The distance to Branäs is about 15 km. The nearest general store is ICA in Bograngen (10 km). If you like fishing,there are perch, pike and eel in Kindsjön, while nearby there is put-and- take fishing. The autumn is also magical, and usually there is abundance of berries in the area.

Välkommen till detta nybyggda hus med fin utsikt mot Branäsberget och upp till 10 sovplatser. Här får både din egna och bästa polarens familj plats att umgås efter dagens äventyr i backen, skogen eller på Klarälven. Två fräscha badrum där det ena har en liten bastu(2-3 personer), torkskåp, tvättmaskin med inbyggd tumlare, braskamin, Wi-Fi, tv med Netflix och fina utrymmen för att spela sällskapsspel.
