Waterfront vacation rentals in Holbox

What a magical place to stay in el cuyo. The beach and town are literally right out the front and back doors! We will definitely be back.

Mr. Reyes was very friendly and we really liked the accommodation. The course is very quiet, the beach is nearby and beautiful. She quickly got the little things that were missing in the kitchen and told us If there's anything missing, please let us know so that we can bring it to you. Highly recommended!

The property has a lot of privacy and is only one block from the sea and the best restaurants on the island are within walking distance, as well as the center, which is very colorful. I highly recommend this place, in my case I had a private pool and hammocks and everything worked perfectly, I am very grateful to my host.

A super place to stay at the side of the beach. Very well conditioned and super attentive to the staff. I would definitely repeat again!

We stayed a week in this heavenly, pretty, spacious, second-floor apartment in a beachfront triplex with a palm tree, ocean view, and balcony. We did all almost all of our own cooking, and the kitchen is very well appointed with a full-size fridge and stovetop, and the fruit/vegetable store and tortilleria are only a short walk toward town and are reasonably priced. The nearby cafes and wine bar are excellent, and vegan cuisine is just down the road. We needed to do some work and the internet was strong and consistent. The bathroom is not only cute, but the hot shower is excellent. The beach is long, white, sandy, no beach clubs, warm water, small waves, and gorgeous. We had a fantastic time.

Really enjoyed this AirBNB. Very close to the beach, great restaurants and lots of shopping. May not be everyone’s cup of tea, be aware that the noise levels from surrounding bars is a lot. For someone looking for peace and quiet this is not a good fit for you. Between the hours of 10pm - 1am you’re going to have a lot of noise coming from the surrounding neighborhood.

We had such a great time at James’s place in Holbox! It looked exactly like the pictures and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. He set up a private dinner for us at the house on the last night of our stay, and it was amazing! The host was super responsive, gave us multiple ways to reach him, and also set up transportation to and from Cancun. We couldn’t recommend Holbox more!

Stayed at Veronica’s place and it was absolutely perfect. We were 3 couples staying, and rented out the entire house. The whole house is separated into 3 fully functional units, which is perfect because everybody has their own space. The lower unit is a 2 bedroom and quite a bit larger which allows for a more communal space to hang out and make dinners. The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. They were able to accommodate any request, and every recommendation they made for dining/excursions was spot on. I can’t recommend this place enough, Holbox is a magical place.

Thank you, Saydi, for welcoming us to your home! It was exactly what we were looking for and expected. Literally right on the beach with fantastic restaurants across the street and around the corner. Quick walk into the square and out to the pier. The bed, linens, and pillows are so comfy! Loved sitting at the table outside and watching the ocean. We loved that at times we were the only people on that gorgeous beach. Will definitely be returning....

We loved staying at Casa Andromeda, it was a very pleasant and quiet experience. We relaxed a lot and had a great time. There was everything you needed for grilling meat and cooking our food. The ocean view was amazing

Casa Reyna was tranquil, private and close to the ocean - exactly what our family was looking for and did not disappoint! We loved all the beach themed decorations and paintings on the walls. It felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed the terrace views while we played games and read in the hammock. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, except oil but easily found coconut oil at a local shop. We did most of our food shopping at a bigger grocery store in Cancun for better prices, but you can find a lot of basics in El Cuyo too. Jorge was very responsive to all our questions, recommended some nice restaurants and even came to help us launch the kayak out one day. Everything in El Cuyo is walkable and we appreciated how safe it felt everywhere. Having the ocean so close to our house felt like a dream - sunrise walks, quick dips to cool off and sandcastles and seashell hunting at low tide. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend it!

A super location. Large balcony right next to the most beautiful beach. Here is quiet and we really enjoyed being here. It only takes 10 min walk along the beach into town. But you feel you are away from everything. I lived there with my husband and my two children and this could be done. The room is small but work so fine, the best location, super breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Beautiful home very nicely decorated and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lovely location right on a secluded beach and at walking distance from Punta Coco. Definitely recommended.

This is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach since we stayed at the ground floor apartment. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
