Waterfront vacation rentals in Holbox

Really enjoyed this AirBNB. Very close to the beach, great restaurants and lots of shopping. May not be everyone’s cup of tea, be aware that the noise levels from surrounding bars is a lot. For someone looking for peace and quiet this is not a good fit for you. Between the hours of 10pm - 1am you’re going to have a lot of noise coming from the surrounding neighborhood.

The property has a lot of privacy and is only one block from the sea and the best restaurants on the island are within walking distance, as well as the center, which is very colorful. I highly recommend this place, in my case I had a private pool and hammocks and everything worked perfectly, I am very grateful to my host.

We had such a great time at James’s place in Holbox! It looked exactly like the pictures and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. He set up a private dinner for us at the house on the last night of our stay, and it was amazing! The host was super responsive, gave us multiple ways to reach him, and also set up transportation to and from Cancun. We couldn’t recommend Holbox more!

A super location. Large balcony right next to the most beautiful beach. Here is quiet and we really enjoyed being here. It only takes 10 min walk along the beach into town. But you feel you are away from everything. I lived there with my husband and my two children and this could be done. The room is small but work so fine, the best location, super breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Beautiful home very nicely decorated and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lovely location right on a secluded beach and at walking distance from Punta Coco. Definitely recommended.

This was an amazing place to spend a couple nights in Holbox!! The host was fantastic. We got some great food recommendations and she went above and beyond when there was a closure of the port that affected our departure timing. Communication was fantastic and I will 100% stay here again if I come back.

The listing matches the description. It's quite comfortable, with balconies and ocean views. It is a quiet and safe area, you can have walking access to the beach. The only drawback is that it is removed from the center and you have to pay taxi back and forth to the accommodation, as the streets did not allow the bike transfer because they were flooded, something they say is more common on the island. The hosts due to what was required, with them we booked transportation and were very friendly.
