Idyllic little "Sørland house," secluded outdoor area, and panoramic view of the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location high up on the riverbank in historic Hokksund. (Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, blue zone, by the birch grove, with direct access to the river from the house.) Walking distance to Hokksund city center. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels; laundry is the responsibility of the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Cozy apartment with parking in a downtown neighborhood

Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Charming farmhouse from 1860

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Paradis

Welcome to Landerudvegen 921! It presents a charming cottage in an ideal location by Lake Haugesje in the beautiful Numedal valley. At the disposal of the guests there is a private jetty, a rowing boat, beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere. The cottage has three bedrooms, electricity and water from Haugesjo, as well as a sunny and secluded terrace. Perfect for a family that dreams of a simple life in a cottage with the possibility of swimming, angling and hiking. The cottage has an access road. We are looking forward to your visit.

Stabbur/mini house/cabin 15 min from Drammen city center

Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.

Black Mirror ( Jacuzzi all year )

Our annex is located next to beautiful nature. 45 minutes from Oslo. Here you can go out into the forest and get a view of the Oslofjord in two minutes. Have a memorable day, with a walk in the woods, barbecue on a campfire pan and relax in the Jacuzzi throughout the evening. We offer: - full bathroom -140cm bed - kitchen with equipment - Free parking - 5 min to the bus - fantastic lookout point right into the woods. - Firewood included - We have a heat pump/AC We are the only neighbors and guarantee peace and quiet.

Modern rural semi-detached house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.
