Spacious room with 2 LDK type 2 bedrooms, 60.68 ㎡.I recommend it for groups and families!! You can be comfortable staying with air conditioning. The 9th floor is facing, and the sun and the view are good. It is a high-grade apartment about a 10-minute walk to Odori and Tanukikoji, and a 7-minute walk to Susukino subway station and Nishi-11-chome subway station. There are auto-locks and security cameras at the entrance, and room keys with electronic keys with security. If you come by car, please use coin-operated parking on the premises. Indoor parking for large cars and high roof cars, you can park safely even in bad weather. On the first floor of the building, there is a Baumkuchen shop that uses luxurious Hokkaido ingredients.It is also very popular with souvenirs!!!! Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom. Fully equipped with new air conditioning. 4 min walk to Subway Hiragishi Station, 3 min walk to convenience store,, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. We can recommend a local Soup curry restaurant, Ramen restaurants and many places.

小樽の小高い山にある、海と山が一望できる民泊ezora、 刻々と景色が変わり、ずっと眺めていたくなる景色は忘れることができない思い出になります。 お部屋は全リフォームしたのでとてもきれいです。洋室は2部屋ありますので、ご家族やグループでも自分の時間を保つことができます。調理器具や洗濯機はそろっており、WI-FIもあるので、長期滞在のご利用も多いです。小樽や札幌の中間にあり、高速ICからも近いので遠出の観光もしやすいです。 お車がないと不便な場所ですが、銭函駅からタクシーを利用することもできます。冬期間は四駆であれば軽自動車でも登ってこられますが大雪の際は除雪が入るまでは移動ができません。 犬は二匹まで一緒に宿泊OK！(別料金2000円、犬種問わず）犬宿泊同意書のサインが必要になりますので予約時に内容をお送りします。（狂犬病予防注射接種、ワクチン接種必須等）※猫は不可 現在のご予約は7月31日まで承っております。8月以降のご予約で7泊以上の長期滞在は承ることもありますのでお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。

We have furniture and lighting from the 1950s and 1960s that I love. 3 minutes walk to Sakaimachi Street, the most popular spot in Otaru. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food as much as you want. The view is so good that you can't believe it's on the first floor, and it's very safe.
