The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.

A 1.5km walk to the Aya Niseko, located on Grand Hirafu Resort Slope (Family Ace Pair lifts). It's great place for couples, friends or small families. We have another two listings available all next door to each other, if travelling in a bigger group.
