Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Regensbug. Very clean and well-equipped. Only downside, the small size of the refrigerator. But we did the shopping in the evening after our day discovering a nearby city and it was very sufficient. An excellent bakery and butcher shop a 5-minute walk away. 5 minutes also to the bus that took us to Regensburg. A great stay that I would recommend.

It was a great time at the apartment. Even with a young child, the visit was great, everything you needed was there. The landlady (Julia) was super friendly. Everything needed was available in the apartment. The pizzeria around the corner was delicious. Clear recommendation. Only the pet hair we found in the kitchen and living room were a bit disruptive.

Maximilian’s apartment is very well located, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. Having a private parking space was extremely convenient. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, and having some coffee, tea, and spices provided was a nice touch. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Will be happy to book again!

We had a very nice stay at Klaus Peter's place. The apartment was very comfortably furnished. There were all the amenities we needed for our stay and were indicated in the description, including an extra parking space. From the apartment you could go hiking directly in the beautiful Ilztal and surroundings and enjoy the regional gastronomy. Passau can be easily reached in a short time by bus, as well as by car or bike. On foot you can walk to Passau in approx. 50 minutes, partly along the Ilz, to Passau. Klaus Peter is a very friendly and accommodating host who responds very quickly and informatively to all inquiries. He also gave us a lot of good tips for things to do and places to stop around Passau and the Ilztal. Our highlights: With the Ilztalbahn from Freyung to Passau, guided tour of Passau, bike tour to Schärding, hiking in the Ilztal and to places overlooking Passau.

It is perfect! Nothing else to say. I was looking for a place in nature with enough free space and a place to grill and I did not expect to find such a treasure. This place is perfectly described. Incredible nature , huge forest, mountains, very beautiful park not far away from apartment. You can not miss while booking this apartment, either you going with your family or friends.

Staying at Waltraud was really great! The check-in was very straightforward and Waltraud and her husband were very friendly and gave us lots of tips for activities. The apartment was very clean and everything very new and modernly furnished. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be.
