Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Relax in this special and cosy home! Everything recently renovated, own electricity from the roof, heat through our stove, a basement for bicycles and a seating area outside at the edge of the forest with charcoal grill and fire bowl make our house unique! Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world is also not far away!

Welcome to our central location in Rülzheim in the heart of the South Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants. In the local recreation area, there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Speyer-Altstadt: Garden house for 1-2 people

The quiet 33 sqm garden house is located in the garden of my residential building, and has a separate access/ entrance. The bed size is 140 x 200 cm, please note when booking for 2 people! At ground level is the living room with couch, mini kitchen and sitting area. The bed on the gallery can be reached via a comfortable ladder. The large bathroom is also a dressing room. I would be happy to give tips for doing things. Washing machine use for a fee. There are discounts for university students

The historic half-timbered house is nestled in an unusually well-preserved medieval town with intact city walls, a castle ruin, from whose battlements you can see far into the country and an adventurous castle tunnel that leads to the foot of the fountain, on a cone-shaped mountain, which is surrounded by the Neckar on three sides. Time seems to stand still and you can find peace. Inside, however, the house is in a state that does not lack modern comfort.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...
