We, four friends, used Marcus' place for a little reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The décor is stylish and high quality, with many comfortable seating and reclining options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at our hosts'! Thank you so much for hosting us and your lovely and beautiful accommodation! Everything was impeccable with special attention to our children! Toys, bed rail, bathtub, folding crib and there was even a swing in the beautiful veranda that allows you to enjoy the view in all weather! We were even able to enjoy our hosts' outdoor playground! Shops and playground within walking distance! Beautiful walk along the water, on foot or by bike from the accommodation! With the guest card we were able to ride for free in one of the cable cars nearby! We'll be back for sure! Especially after the welcome we received!

The interior design was created and designed with a lot of love, joy in design and lifestyle. The decor is high quality and stylish from A to Z. Very special for us was the shower accessible from sleeping, as well as private sauna with unobstructed views of the valley and village, and also the hanging lounge chairs for the breaks between the sauna sessions. The super Sonos sound system makes it easy to connect the phones to your own Spotify music. The view from the bed into the mountains and also the terrace on the edge of the agricultural zone with unobstructed views of forest and mountains are beautiful. For waste disposal, practical, cleanly labeled and separated containers are available outside in a separate room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HEIMET and will be happy to come back. Conny is a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable! :) The apartment was very clean and super equipped, nothing was missing. The location is also great, there is a bus that also takes you directly to the Warth-Schröcken ski resort, free of charge :) There is also a supermarket nearby.

There were 4 of us in the accommodation for skiing/snowboarding. The accommodation is cozy, clean and super equipped, unfortunately the SPA area was still (?) not open. There is a good restaurant around the corner, nothing else without a bus/car. The ski bus is 2 minutes from the building and takes you in 5 minutes to the entrance (Saloberjet) in Warth - from there you can get directly over to the connection (Auenfeldjet) to Lech. However, the elevator will be closed from the wind force >=6, then there is no back! Otherwise, it goes back directly by ski route, almost past the bus into the garage - hammer! Price/performance was outstanding, we will be happy to come back!
