Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

Short distances make the car superfluous in order to make the most of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings in winter from 6 nights and in summer from 5 nights are possible. No child discount! I give 5 stars but I would give 100. I’ve spent an incredible week in the apartment! It was fully furnished with all you need for both cooking and feeling comfortable. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed. Brigitte the owner was so sweet and helpful in many ways! She suggested hikes and what to do in the valley, she also gifted me with fresh veg from her garden! I'm looking forward to coming back. Thank you again!

What a lovely place! Really a beautiful spacious apartment with breathtaking views everywhere. We stayed there for 12 days with 5 adults. Sparkling clean spaces, a very well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and toilets which is very pleasant if you are with so much. Especially the bathroom next to the double room was lovely, with a more than divine shower. Also very nice that there were enough towels for everyone, dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher, toilet paper and trash cans with garbage bags + extra stock. Pleasant start because of this. There is also plenty of closet space, also particularly pleasant. The surroundings are magnificent. Lots of beautiful walks start nearby. With the digital “Wagrain guestcard” that we received from Maria, we swam wonderfully for free in the Wasserwelt swimming pool, which is less than a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, the communication with Maria was always pleasant and she responded quickly. She provided us with great food tips. I warmly recommend it here!

We stayed with Evelyne for 1 week and we enjoyed it very much. We were there over the Christmas holidays and had snow. We had some bad luck with the organization of our cross-country skiing equipment and Evelyne immediately organized something so that we could do everything as we wanted. There were even sleds and Porutscher for the kids. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We were there with 8 people and everything worked out great. We cooked daily and there were enough pots and pans. There is no microwave, but it still worked. In addition to the coffee maker, there was also a fully automatic coffee maker. That was great. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels. It was a great vacation. We'd love to come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place. The view was stunning, and the location near the river was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the area with the chickens and rabbits—it added a special touch to our stay. The kids' area was well-designed, and the finishing throughout the property was super deluxe. I highly recommend this place for families!

Everything was perfect except that there was no elevator in the accommodation. I could tell how much the host cared about the space and the accommodation business itself through the cleanliness and preparation. I was guided through their own YouTube channel from check-in to parking, and the inside of the accommodation was cleanly maintained down to the smallest detail. Not to mention the kitchen cooking utensils, from unexpected cutting boards to potato knives. If I have a chance to visit Salzburg again someday, I definitely want to stay again! P.s. The microwave was difficult to use, so I ended up finishing my trip without using it.
