My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! What a GEM !!! The venue is gorgeous and has a fantastic view ... just like in the photos. We had a wonderful trip and Stefania was the perfect host, she gave advice and input and even made suggestions of special local things we would never have found on our own. I kept pinching myself because it felt like a dream!! Unforgettable!!!

The room is very well equipped, cooking, entertainment, rest, cleaning, body care, everything is provided. The host was very helpful, requests were handled quickly, very good travel experience

We had a wonderful stay on the Eggbergen. It was truly a memorable experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered breathtaking views straight out of a picture book. We felt warmly welcomed and appreciated the many helpful tips we received during our time there. The fresh eggs, and other local produce from the nearby farm shop were a real treat, and we’ll definitely miss the peaceful atmosphere and the cows grazing below the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a stunning setting!

I get to met Edgar on the day of check in. Very humble and kind person. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. His apartment was very nice. It was very clean and has all the things that one would need during their stay. The kitchen was well versed with all the utensils. We did cook there. I am definitely going to book Edgar’s apartment the next time I would visit to Lucerne. Overall it was hassle free and pleasant stay.

Check-in and checkout was smooth. Washer/dryer on site in the building which is helpful. Good location, close to the city centre. Clean unit. Hosts were communicative.

The apartment is well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. The host Reto is responsive, and provided all the necessary information in details before check-in. He also checked on us if everything is well during our stay. It was a bit of my concern that the bath tub is a bit slippery as I was travelling with elderly. Reto immediately brought and put an anti-slip mat in the tub the next day to solve the problem. Many thanks to Reto!

Thomas was a very engaging, helpful and polite host. The apartment was in a beautiful location and it was thoughtfully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The bed and settee were very very comfortable. Despite there being a clock tower close by with loud chimes, the property (particularly the bedroom) was well soundproofed. There was a very pleasant outdoor sitting space, and the views are stunning. We walked to the lake and enjoyed a swim. I would nit hesitate in recommending this apartment.

If you are looking for tranquility with amazing views this is where you want to stay. Pius was an excellent host, he was kind enough to give our kids a tour of the farm. They loved all the animals. The place was clean, quiet and we could not get enough of the gorgeous surroundings. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful and great place very clean and well furnished with small kitchen with all equipment you need and clean bathroom with everything you need great location and have pretty private balcony Irene was a great host quick response and very helpful thanks a lot Sure will visit this place again

Clean space with modern fittings and appliances. In-unit washing and drying machines are very convenient. Lovely to sit on outdoor couch to relax with lake views. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. A perfect stay :)

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Chuen was a great host and should be proud what he has done with his Swiss home. It’s a perfect accomodation to stay in a peaceful traditional place in Switzerland home, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery whilst having everything you need, including a kitchen, great bed and bathroom for exploring the Swiss landscape. The hike from the train station is a little steep for those with suitcases, but for those back packing it is worth it. Would recommend to anyone staying in Switzerland!

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.
