Great accommodation in Smart City, far from the city center but easy to reach by bus for cheap. The host was lovely and very welcoming. We loved our stay at this state-of-the-art apartment.

Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

The bed is so comfortable It's cozy. The host is friendly and very satisfied.

Comfortable housing, very warm host

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

We had an amazing time, the house was beautiful and in a lovely location, Hannah was amazing super helpful and friendly. 10/10 stay would highly recommend

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

The replacement apartment corresponded to the previously prescribed standard, was lovingly furnished. The house, pool and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. The arrival was a bit bumpy due to water damage, the address change came only when we were traveling by taxi and led to confusion and additional costs. The landlady was very eager in the situation. For the 5l drinking water, which were provided at our request, because of the late arrival, the double store price was required upon departure. The bed may meet local requirements, for Europeans, the stone-hard mask is also an imposition with an installation. The kitchen equipment is very minimalist and should be extended for good usability. At 7 nights, the used white towels were not changed but criticized as too dirty, with the note there is a washing machine. Unusual for me as a guest so far.

We stayed here for just one night and booked the place at the last minute. The place was clean and comfortable. There were a few good restaurants and a mini market around. The host was nice and helpful. Thank you.

It was a great stay. We felt right at home. The apartment complex is well situated with accessibility to gym and lots of marts within the complex. It’s a little far from the city centre but worth it since the stay is so peaceful with nice amenities.

We had a good rest before heading out.
