Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Fantastic location, me and my friends were really happy with the place and would recommend to anyone.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

Die Ersatz-Wohnung entsprach dem zuvor verschriebenen Standart, war liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus, der Pool und die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anreise war wegen eines Wasserschadens etwas holprig, die Adressänderung kam erst als wir mit dem Taxi unterwegs waren und führte zu Verwirrung und Mehrkosten.Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht in der Situation. Für die 5l Trinkwasser, welche auf unsere Bitte hin zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, wegen der späten Anreise, wurde bei Abreise der doppelte Ladenpreis verlangt. Das Bett mag lokalen Ansprüchen genügen, für Europäer ist die steinharte Masratze auch mit Aufleger eine Zumutung. Die Küchenaustattung ist sehr minimalistisch und sollte erweitert werden für eine gute Nutzbarkeit. Bei 7 Nächten wurden die benutzten weißen Handtücher nicht gewechselt aber als zu schmutzig bemängelt, mit dem Hinweis es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Für mich als Gast bisher unüblich.

Complexe agréable avec piscines pour se rafraîchir. Écarte du vieux quartier c est chouette pour une escale avant de reprendre l avion. Notre hôte a été super arrangeant pour nous laisser l accès à l appartement 2 h de plus.

It was a great stay. We felt right at home. The apartment complex is well situated with accessibility to gym and lots of marts within the complex. It’s a little far from the city centre but worth it since the stay is so peaceful with nice amenities.
