“Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!” I had a fantastic experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was convenient, quiet, and safe, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Every little detail, from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely love to return and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Richard's place is in an excellent location! We love that the apartment is river-side and overlooks the boats on the river and you can see the lights from buildings across the river and both the Dragon Bridge & the Han River Bridge. Because of this location, even though it is in a city, the space around feels expansive and open. The riverfront is also walkable. The place is located within walking distance from markets, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry shops. And the beach is only a short taxi ride away - only around 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is huge! The photos do not show just how large the space is, so it is a very nice surprise when you walk in. Everything is in clean, working condition and there is so much light coming into the apartment due to the large windows in each room. Richard himself is an exceptional host. He is responsive, friendly and respectful. Anything we needed assistance with, Richard was happy to help. We have loved our time here and would love to return!

I spent 4 weeks at Eden Plaza and can honestly say that it was an overall pleasant experience. The on-site facilities, exceptional hygiene standards, and friendly and responsive customer service made the experience both enjoyable and comfortable. Also, very conveniently located next to a military museum. My 1-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what I wanted! Special thanks to Tai in the Leisure area for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay, Hotel Manager Tuan, Bao and the entire team at the front desk and the housekeeping team. I would definitely recommend Eden Plaza to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay was just as described. Very responsive host that answered our questions right away and made it easy for us to check in and out. Our stay was clean and everything was functional. Overall a great experience!

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new, with stylish finishes and modern furniture. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind with spectacular views.. The building staff were also friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. A truly enjoyable stay - I’d gladly return!

Kathy’s is one of the best host I ever had. She is kind , helpful, quick responsive and knowledgeable. I really like her place , it’s clean, neat, just enough for a short get away … I think you will enjoy her hospitality and her place very much . Thank you Kathy’s for all your caring. Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa etait magnifique conforme à la description avec des hôtes super accueillant et réactif, dans un environnement calme , loin du bruit de la ville. Le seul bemole c’est qu’il faut prendre un véhicule pour se déplacer car la villa est assez loin de la plage et de la ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette magyvilla si vous voulez passer des vacances paisible et agréable. Merci pour tout 🙏😊❤️

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Really spacious place in a calm and peaceful spot. Feels really safe and our kids would cycle around and play outside. The pool and gym are nearby and lovely and they give you a discount to pay to use them. Nguyen was really helpful and we really enjoyed our time here.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa. Netter kontakt und auch kurzfristige Serviceleistungen waren kein Problem. Direkt am Meer, welches wunderschön und fast leer war. Privater Pool, öffentlicher Pool. Leider waren wenn man essen offen hinlegt schnell Ameisen da, ist aber halb so wild. Sollte man aber wissen wenn man empfindlich ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
