숙소 주위에 모든것이 있어서 엄청 편했습니다. 숙소또한 깔끔하고 완벽했습니다 다음번에 다시 이용 할것입니다. 짐보관고 가능하고 옥상에서 바베큐파티는 잊지못할 추억이였습니다. 옥상에 냉장고 싱크대 스피커 자쿠지 등등 매우 훌륭했습니다.

Great communication, easy check in, was very responsive and accommodating.

Em's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was great and i loved the milk tea special at Buong's infront of the place. Everything was walkable. I had a hiccup on the first night and they changed my room and even offered a few extras to ensure we were happy.

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

Amazing place to stay and even more amazing host. Thouong is definitely super host, she welcomed us very warmly, explained everything in the house, she is very friendly and kind. The house is as described, spotless clean and you have everything what you would need for your stay. The area is very quiet and is great. It is only 10 mins walk to the beach and Hoi An is max 15 mins drive. The family run restaurant is on your doorstep and the food is extremely delicious and fresh - we dined 3 times there instead of the city centre, nothing can beat the beautiful river scenery. In overall I would strongly recommend to stay there, Thuong made us feel right at home and she and her family are amazing people!!!

Brian ist ein super Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab nur keinen ATM in der Nähe. Im März hat man den starken Wind laut in der Wohnung gehört Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

全体的には満足しています。 ただ、実際に泊まる前に知りたかった情報がいくつかありましたのでここに記します。こちらに泊まる予定の方は是非こちらをお読みいただき、私達のように煩わしい思いをすることがないように願います。 ①お湯を出すためには「Hot Water」と書かれたスイッチを押し、10分以上待つ必要があります。 （私達は深夜に到着しとても疲れていたのでこのスイッチに気付かず、オーナーに連絡し初めてこのスイッチの存在を知りました。しかもその後10分待つ必要があるというのも知らず、私達は最初の夜水のシャワーを浴びました） ②最上階のプールに行く際は15分前にオーナーに申告する必要がある （プールに着いて部屋のカードを見せると「Air BnBでの予約の場合プールの料金は含まれていないから入場料を払え」と要求されました。そんなはずはない、我々の宿泊料にプールは含まれていると説明すると、オーナーに確認するから待て。→オーナーは電話に出ない。料金を払え→こちらからオーナーに連絡を取るもすぐには連絡取れず。なんだかんだしている内にプールの管理者とオーナーの話がついた模様で入場料を支払わずに済みましたが、この間10分程度嫌な思いをしました。プールに行く際は予めオーナーに申告要とはどこにも書いてありませんでした） ③プールでは飲食の提供があり、とても素晴らしい場所ですがその料金は部屋付けにはできずその場で支払う必要がある。 （私達はクレジットカードを持たずプールに行った為、クレジットカードを取りに部屋に戻らなければならなかった。しかもこの時トラブルで部屋のキーカードが開かず、次の予定があるのにメンテナンスが来るまで待たなければならなかった。このトラブル自体はオーナーも予期せぬ事態ですから仕方ないが、プールについての各種説明をしてくれていればそもそも私達はあらかじめクレジットカードを持ってプールに行くことができた） 以上の3つを予め知っていれば、ここでの滞在はとても快適なものとなります。

We were a group of 3 people that stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. It was accurate to photos, spacious, great wifi, and convenient in-unit laundry. Beds are firm for western standards. The view of the mountains from the rooms are lovely. The pool on the roof had an incredible view and we loved watching the sunset from there! There is a motorbike parking lot with security at the bottom of the building. There’s a strong fish smell on the street at night; if you leave the laundry closet open for a while, the apartment will smell a bit. You’ll need a grab to reach any tourist areas—we didn’t find much to do in the immediate area. For some reason some Grab drivers get confused finding the apartment for rides and food delivery. None of this is the host’s fault, of course. The bigger bathroom could use a deep clean as there is some mold and grime between tiles and around the window. With all this being said, we had a nice stay and I would recommend it.

Host was communicative, very friendly and nice. She greeted us and said goodbye when we departed. She recommended shopping locations as well which was helpful. Area is great. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Area is mostly for tourist but 8 minutes down is where all the locals are at. Location is also close by the beach. Great experience overall. Would recommend. The WiFi was fast unlike other Airbnb locations we stayed in Vietnam.

My An is my favorite area in Da Nang just a few minutes from My Khe Beach, some of my favorite tea shops and music bars for nightlife. My sure you request weekly cleaning otherwise it will not be offered. There is construction across the street that’s loud from 7am to 5pm, so bring a white noise machine if you need to sleep. There is a bar across the street that’s loud from 10pm to 2am, so again white noise machine.

Плюсы: - Идеальное расположение - Квартира в точности, как на фотографиях - Хорошая техника, достаточно посуды, идеальный дом, тишина Минусы, которые были незначительны: - Горячая вода (не больше 5 минут). Приходил мастер, что-то посмотрел, но ничего не изменилось. У нагревателя ограниченное количество горячей воды. - Ванная неудобная. Там всегда мокро. Поэтому одну использовать для мытья рук, другую для душа. - Нестабильный интернет для интернет-звонков, для обычного пользования все нормально. - Мы приехали в апреле и иногда было прохладно, но окна в спальне не закрываются. - Много личных/лишних вещей хозяина. Квартира захламлена.

I was really excited about this trip, it was my first time off in three years and I wanted it to be perfect. I think I started asking questions about the place 6 months before the trip and didn’t stop until the last day and she answered the questions with grace and 100% accurate information every time. Any extra services i asked for were provided at a very reasonable price. The villa was clean and tidy and well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the pool was excellent. I spent a lot of time in it. Will return. RECOMMENDED

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

Kleinod am Hidden Beach. Tolle Villa, großzügige Schlafräume und Bäder, alles super stilvoll. Ein tolles Frühstück wurde uns im eigenen Haus, zubereitet, ein paar Mezer vom Strand entfernt, essen konnte man an der Strandbar und dem überfüllten Hoi An entfliehen. Wir haben jederzeit mit David kommunizieren können, er hat uns jeden Wusch erfüllt, total klasse und erholsam!!!

Amazing spot for a relaxing few days with friends. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick grab to the old town! Very comfortable stay!

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

A great spot in a good neighborhood. Lots of cafes and dining options around. Really all you need is around you. Pharmacy, shopping, electronic stores, and easy walk to the beach.

Furama My family and I have just finished the most amazing family holiday in May’s lovely villa. Early on, our booking process was a little complicated because my family live in Australia and we live in Spain, but May was always helpful and accommodating, as we coordinating dates and times with her. May is lovely and her communication is almost instant as she replies within minutes to any message; she couldn’t be more helpful and friendly - a super host!! The villa is huge and easily accommodated four adults and two children. The husband and wife housekeepers visit every morning to clean, change the towels and drop off water for the bedrooms. They will also take personal laundry away, for a charge. They are both delightful, so friendly and nice to be around. The villa is perfectly located and situated in beautiful tropical gardens. All in all the perfect villa in the perfect setting with the perfect host. I have no hesitation in recommending May her team and the villa.
