Villa vacation rentals in Ho Chi Minh City

This place was the perfect spot for my family and I. One of the A/C in the rooms went out while there but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t an issue. There’s no A/C in the main house, only the bedrooms. But the pool was the perfect place to stay cool while the sun was out. The villa has 4 floors not including the basement/garage so just be prepared to get your steps in. First floor is the living/kitchen space and the 2nd-4th floor has 2 bedrooms each. There are monkeys in the area, so you’ll want to make sure not to leave food belongings outside unattended. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Looks just like the pictures. Amazing location with a beach entrance. The host was very kind and really helpful. Its a big villa and she does a great job maintaining it. Best part was the sunset - its really beautiful. You can get social media worthy pictures here! Overall, amazing way to relax and spend your time here. Strongly recommend this place.

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

We really enjoyed our time at Duc’s place, it was in a great location and was very spacious and stylish. It was walking distance to the main sites we wanted to visit and the rooftop pool was perfect to cool down in after a day in the heat! I wish we had more time there!

Amazing place better than pictures can show. Extremely accommodating to any/all unexpected situations. Went well above & beyond. Very friendly, kind, fun, happy, welcoming, & generous host/family. Coconuts are ready to serve right from the backyard. Very well maintained property. Amenities are phenomenal. Provided wonderful suggestions for local activities. A great fusion of modern day western amenities in the countryside. Enormous place with a beautiful layout. Would definitely want to return to stay here if I were to visit the area again.

We had an incredible time staying in the villa, everything was exactly as described with gorgeous views and comfortable bedrooms. The pool was a particular highlight. The host was very helpful and met us there at check in as-well as being very quick to respond to any queries I had. They clean all the bathrooms daily and change the bins and we also had a housekeeper there who stayed upstairs. Only thing I will say is it is located on top of a very steep hill so be aware if you are travelling with anyone elderly or injured as you will need a car to get up. However we managed most of the time as grabs will come to the door if asked. I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough. Thank you hang!!!
