Very comfortable modern apartment, cleanliness at height, individual heating with warm floors. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, there is a filter for drinking water, I really liked the presence of a coffee maker. There is also an underground parking service available upon request, from which you take the elevator up to the floor with the apartment. The hosts were very polite, always in touch and answered all questions. There are several shops on the territory of the residential complex, which is very convenient. Many thanks to the hosts, we hope to come.

Alex's villa is a wonderful place to spend time and rest with your family or friends. Quite and secure area near the city and all infrastructure, a nice yard with a lot of beautiful trees and a great landscape, and a garden house, on the first floor of the villa, is a big, deep pool with sauna and gym, we enjoy the pool a lot, another 2 floors are fully complicated with all furniture for a family with own kitchen, working and rest area. Villa is like an art gallery with a lot of decor elements and beautiful arts that Alex's wife did, we enjoy our time very much, will come back again, Highly recommended!

The apartment is very clean and tidy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the aesthetics of the kitchen — a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The owners take care of their guests. Communication was easy and pleasant, always in touch and ready to help. Recommended!

Our family stayed in this apartment for 5 days in January and was very satisfied. Since there were no cons, here is a list of everything we appreciated. 1) the price was very reasonable  2) check-in and check-out were great and without any problems 3) underground parking was close to the apartment and parking lots are huge by European standards. 4) The park, the complex and the apartment are extremely clean. 5) the apartment is spacious, quiet, has great energy and a fenced backyard facing a quiet street. 6) From the second floor there is a path to a beautiful cafe and a great playground for our son. 7) there are 2 well-stocked grocery stores in the complex as well as a pharmacy and other businesses on the ground level on the periphery of the set 8) The owner is a real gentleman and a very nice person! We willdefinitely come back here)))
