Great place. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. Amazing. A cleaner would come every few days to clean the space, and that was also amazing. The apartment is new and located in an excellent area, near two major shopping centres and a large mall. Not super close to the city centre, but you are a few minutes by car away.

We have stayed here several times and always look for first when staying in Chernivtsi. The apartment is huge with large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed balconies and hallway. The apartment has both a washer and a dryer! We have stayed in three apartments within this building and each have been excellent. This apartment is extraordinary because of the size, being on the top floor and corner building apartment (lots of windows), views of a well-used football (soccer) field and local mall. We love having the two air conditioners. Wi-Fi is quick and many TV channels. We are amazed the apartment is rented for short term, but would be an excellent extended apartment stay. Thanks to the owner for making it available.

We have stayed at multiple apartments Oleksander offers and they are all excellent. As we were arriving, Oleksander told us the city water was out, would be back on at 7am the next morning, and he had provided several containers of water--water came on at 7am as advertised.

Everything was great. The host Olga is extremely polite and friendly. The apartment has almost everything you need for both short and long stays. Very clean. Thank you. Would recommend.

Lovely, large and a very cosy apartment. The complex itself is ideal for living with children, as there are playgrounds and a shop on the territory. The hosts are very welcoming and available for all questions. I definitely recommend

The apartment is very clean and tidy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the aesthetics of the kitchen — a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The owners take care of their guests. Communication was easy and pleasant, always in touch and ready to help. Recommended!
