In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Living room with TV/radio, (free internet) and access to balcony. Bedroom with double bed and room with 2 single beds. There are bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The beds are made when you arrive. The apartment is the basement in a detached house. It's an older house.
