The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with service cutlery and general kitchen utensils, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator as well as dining area for 4 people. From the kitchen, there is access to a large outdoor terrace. In addition, there is a private parking space in the driveway of the property.

The place is close to the university, OCC/SJF Bank Arena and the new hospital. 2 minutes from highway E20. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Also, 7-15 minutes' walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret with restaurants, and all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off. However, access to a washing machine can be agreed. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

Our B&B includes a nice bedroom, bathroom and a large common room with kitchen and living room. There is room for four overnight guests. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
