I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

We spent an extended weekend in Roland's accommodation in Ingolstadt and were completely satisfied. The apartment is exactly as described – very clean and well equipped. Even in the summer heat, it could be pleasantly cooled by simply ventilating through the windows. The location right in the city center is great for those who like city life: many cafes, restaurants and life right outside the door. If you are looking for absolute peace, you should consider this – we personally liked the busy environment very much. Communication with the host Ralf was excellent – fast, friendly and reliable. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very lovely gem. We only stayed one night but felt right at home. The house stands out as a family home complete with pictures. It had all amenities and more. It is definitely not modern but that gave it its own charm.. Heinz and Lydia were very friendly and everything was great. They also prepared breakfast for us, asking ahead of time what we wanted (with a paper to fill out). I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The stay in this tiny house was really pleasant. The house is built entirely of wood, and as soon as I entered, I noticed the natural wood scent – very pleasant. It is comfortably furnished, you quickly feel comfortable, and everything is thoughtfully designed. I particularly liked the fact that attention was paid to pollutant-free and healthy materials – this creates a good sense of space. Although it is a tiny house, there was surprisingly a lot of space. There are plenty of storage options and storage space, which made the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay that I would love to repeat. Thank you for this great place to stay!
