Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Sunny, large garden, family-friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted barn is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Hier könnt ihr euch nach Ankunft vor dem Haus entspannen und dem Himmel bei seinem bunten Farbenspiel zuschauen. Ruhe ist hier garantiert. Typische Geräusche sind hier die Eulen am Abend und die Trecker am Morgen. Auch Reh, Hase, Fasan oder Storch kommen oft vorbei.
