You will stay in the heart of Saint-Servan, with irresistible charm: - 50 m from shops, market, bus stop serving the Malouine region. - 300 m from the port of Sablons, its beach - everything within walking distance: Cité d'Alet, Solidor Tower, train station and Intra-muros (10-15 min). No parking difficulties: free at the foot of the residence or in the nearby streets and 150 m away, a large free public parking lot.

In this cottage, you will find all the elements for a pleasant stay, waking up facing the Bay and, depending on the tide, with the sea a few meters away and the immense space of the shore for long walks. On the ground floor, main room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and the shower room. Access to the shared garden through the garage behind the house. Parking is available in front of the house. We live right next door.

My beach hut

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont Saint Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)
