What an incredibly nice place for a family! Together with my husband and our 2 young children, we had a great time, many playground equipment for the children and for us as parents a gift to go in the hot-fired jacuzzi as soon as the kids were in bed! Also very sweet welcome gifts for the children and some delicacies that were already ready. Clean and tidy pipo. Worth repeating!

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Marcel was super friendly and helpful. The place is very nice with a large garden. The evenings could be spent outside by the campfire and in the hot tub. Perfect place to relax.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

The house is sensational. Very impressive high rooms, huge and very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. You can park right in front of the house. Just right for our family trip (10 people). We wanted a quiet house near the North Sea. Sandra and Nic are great hosts. We can all recommend the house.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

Had a very nice stay. Clean house and all necessities were present, great! Furthermore, beautiful garden with nice trampoline and we enjoyed the hot tub, which is also wonderful with rain. All I would have liked to know in advance is that the garden is directly adjacent to the family's garden. This made it feel a little less private. Fortunately, he was very friendly, so that was fine. Furthermore, Hari was friendly and responsive, so that was nice too. Many thanks to Hari and the rest of the family!

The apartment is ideally located – only 2 minutes walk to the city center and in 5 minutes you are already on the beach. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I would like to highlight the hosts: super warm, helpful and likeable – you felt welcome right away. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

The host is comfortable, flexible and cooperative. The cottage is wonderful and more beautiful than the photos shown. The cottage's accessories are very beautiful. The cottage and its surroundings are a garden and arranged seating and well-maintained trees. The little river is wonderful. I highly recommend the cottage

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location was ideal – quiet but still central, so we could easily reach everything. We particularly liked the warm communication with the host- always friendly, helpful and reliable. A small note: the stairs to the apartment are – typical of this beautiful old building – a bit steep. It wasn't an issue for us, but you should know. We would love to come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Unreal Airbnb! Perfect location. Super clean. The place had absolutely everything you needed. Andrew has been the best Airbnb host I have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his guests and is so helpful for anything.

We had a wonderful weekend in Uitgeest as a family of five. The surroundings with the windmill, the meadows with lots of water, nature and the beautiful place just around the corner are the perfect starting point for various excursions to the sea or to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Our hosts were always very friendly and helpful, the house offers everything you need and is beautifully cozy. We will be happy to come back!

The space is particularly nicely located. The surrounding nature is overwhelming. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Shopping in the village. Nothing negative to report. The house should not be booked by people who have mobility problems. The bed is a bit adventurous to reach via a steep ladder and you can only move very bent over in the attic. Otherwise, the pretty garden house is very high quality furnished and of course great for sauna lovers.

how can we not start without talking about Erik... someone who is attentive to these tenants. Before, during and after the reservation, he is always available and attentive: thank you! The accommodation is ideally located in Volendam and fully equipped. We had a great week with our dachshund... dog friendly Erik 😉

We have now spent our vacation in Annet's apartment for the second time with our children. The accommodation has enough space and is lovingly furnished. Annet is a great host. She is accommodating, friendly and we felt very comfortable in her apartment. The campsite offers many attractions and play opportunities for children. Thank you Annet for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's. We were warmly welcomed. The "Rosenhäuschen" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our home away from home. And we'll be back for sure.

The house boat was just as it looked in the pictures! It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. It was perfect how the kids sort of had their side, or wing, and my husband and I had our space in the master bedroom, on the other side. We all slept very well! We loved the cats, Skip & Bo. We are animal people, so it was fun having them come and go, and socialize and snuggle with us! The views were amazing and there were plenty of spots to just chill when we weren't out exploring. The house boat was very walkable to many fun spots and different areas. We definitely felt like we were staying in someone's home versus a rental. Enjoyed all of the personal touches in the kitchen as well! We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend Joost's place without hesitation!

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

Evelien was wonderful, kind and helpful. The apartment was just as it was described and the pictures are what you enter as well! Perfect apartment for us and our little girl 15 months old. the bed was soooo comfortable! the apartment was clean and well looked after. we didn't hear any noise apart, it was incredibly peaceful.

Magdalena welcomed us in a very friendly way and lovingly took care of us. Although we did not book breakfast, she provided us with bread and other treats. The apartment matches the description, the location is beautiful. We will be happy to come back!
