In the beautiful Zurich Oberland, you have many excursion destinations and local recreation areas right at your doorstep. View of the mountains.

Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Located in the heart of the charming Old Town of Rapperswil, a 3 min walk from the train station, and right next to Lake Zurich (50 meters) with great lakeside restaurants, scenic lake promenade, and shopping nearby make our apartment a wonderful destination. Zurich is only a 35 min train ride away - every 15 min throughout the day and until late. The apartment has stylish furnishings, a large cozy double bed, a bathroom and kitchenette. The small kitchen with two hotplates and a small oven is practically furnished. The entrance of the apartment leads down a flight of stairs with a small viewing platform. Also, a seat belongs to the apartment. Opposite the apartment is our farm, where fresh eggs or milk can be obtained daily.

The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business.
