Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hinjawadi

It was a good stay. Location is good situated nearby good restaurants. Property is clean ish. However, would recommend a few things Cons 1. Two bedrooms smelled of smoke. 2. One bedroom downstairs bathroom wasn't clean enough 3. We were a group of women and were uncomfortable with a caretaker lingering around the house and were not able to use the common room. This should have been highlighted. Pros 1. Property is spacious 2. Caretaker is helpful. 3. There is parking space available too (however it's little tight for a big car) 4. Hosts were responsive 5. Location is prime. Overall it was a good stay 1. Location

A nice peaceful surrounding , and a perfect host

Meghna and her mom’s villa is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever experienced. The hospitality is unmatched—they are the kind of hosts who make you feel like you’ve come home. My family and I never felt bored even for a single moment. The best part? They cooked the most amazing food for us! Honestly, no restaurant or café can match the taste and love in their food. Even the caretakers were extremely nice and humble, always ready to help. The villa itself is fully equipped with all the facilities an Airbnb guest could ever need. Every room is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We didn’t face a single issue during our stay. The pool was fantastic—perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and snacks, but honestly, we didn’t need to step into it because we were treated to delicious, home-cooked meals throughout. The warmth, attention to detail, and overall experience made this trip unforgettable.

Overall, it's a good stay option near pune. The place was clean and maintained well enough. It does need a touch of Wifi, though. Nevertheless, everything else was great. A quant getaway close to the city.

It was a nice and comfortable stay

We opted to stay here during our short trip to USA since it was in close proximity to my family. That was the main benefit thus Location offered alingside great home cooked meals my the host. Thanks to her delicious cooking, my son expanded his palate for Indian food.

I booked accommodation for my parents at Madhumita’s place, and the experience was wonderful. Madhumita was extremely proactive at every step, making sure everything was smooth and comfortable. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, taking care of every little detail. The apartment itself was super clean, spacious, and airy — creating a perfect environment for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a homely and well-managed stay!

A beautiful, clean place in the heart of Koregaon Park. The bedroom is big and spacious, with large windows that open towards lush green trees. Nancy is very responsive,friendly and helpful host. She was very sweet to offer me breakfast also :-) I will surely book this place again and again.

Anooradha’s place felt like home. It has lots of open space. The view from the house is wide and scenic. If you wake up early, you can witness an amazing sunrise right from the house with a cool breeze and chirping of birds. Great place to unwind with your book surrounded by nature. It’s really amazing how Anooradha makes sure her guests are comfortable throughout the stay by ensuring everything is fine with them. This adds a personal touch. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the caretaker family is also good with warm hospitality. Will definitely like to visit again..!!

Felt like home… When it was my last day there felt like I was leaving my own home … The host makes you feel at home . Once you visit you might want to take some interior tips from Anoop ;) Best in taste interiors of the place . Strongly recommended to anyone who wishes to stay in Pune this place is worth it

The place was clean & tidy, located in a peaceful area. All the mentioned amenities were provided. The caretaker was attentive and helped us throughout the stay. Looking forward to rebook.

The place is beautiful and calm, much needed break with friends. The host was very responsive and suggested some local cuisine, food was delicious. The local boys (care takers) helped us with anything and everything we asked for, we asked them to set up evening barbecue which was yummy. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the washrooms clean and dry. We enjoyed swimming and some games near the lake, and some board games thereafter. The property had all the amenities that were listed. Overall the property helped us get away from all the chaos in the city. Would highly recommend someone visiting with friends and family.

Exceptional location, unlimited comfort food and overall great vibe of the place ..an artsy, come as you are, verdant setting. We loved the lakefront, the chats with the host, the food and also the abundant oxygen. It was trifle warm in April without AC and the property maintenance could be improved upon. Plan to take my pet along for future visits!
