The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

It's a great place to stay, host is very helpful and kind. Easy to check in - everything is smooth enough - no hassle.

First of all the stay was really good. The host is so kind and humble that he upgraded the stay just because he found out that something was wrong with the earlier one. Both the hosts are genuinely good, polite and helpful. The caretaker as well helped us a lot. (Just one issue arose with the lock system as it took time as the lock system has some problems) But besides that, everything else was perfectly maintained and it was a beautiful and immemorial experience. Thank you so much.

This beautifully designed 2BHK has a great aesthetic and is easy to find. Located in a 24/7 guarded society with ample parking, it’s very convenient. While there’s no housekeeping, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view, but from the first-floor balcony and windows, you only see nearby buildings—no mountain or greenery views. The location is about 8-10 minutes by car from Lake Phewa. Laxmi was incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Neat and clean apartment as shown in pictures. Responsive and friendly host. Great location easy to find and surrounded with lots of good restaurants and malls.

This place actually the same as described in listing, beautifully designed, luxury, had all amenities and peaceful. Nice balcony where you can enjoy a morning and evening tea with amazing skyline. Building has a nice waiting lounge as well in case you arrive before the check-in.

It's a great place highly recommend it. It's good for chilling, working from home and spending time with family and friends.

Felt right at home, comfortable stay highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights and the place was very comfortable for us. All basic amenities were provided. The place as mentioned in the description is on downhill slope and it may be difficult to walk for senior citizens and young kinds. The place is well covered by Zomato & Blinkit. There is a shop for all daily necessities. We could park our car in open area in front of the building. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

My stay was very comfortable. The host Bijender is very friendly and available at all times. This is also super affordable place in a very decent location. Check in, check outs are also quick. Overall it’s a good experience.

The studio duplex apartment was quite well designed and had ample of amenities. The host was responsive and had given clear instructions as well. The location of the society in which this airbnb is situated is quite good - advant tower and embassy oxygen . Highly recommended and ground floor, have a mall also I. I will come again keep it up

I had a great stay for a week in this flat. The flat itself was really good—comfortable and well-maintained. It was also neat and tidy, which made the experience even better. There are stores nearby, which made it easy to pick up anything I needed. The surroundings were also lovely, with a nice and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

I had a very peaceful stay at Poonamji’s place. The room was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Poonamji and her caretaker were incredibly helpful and always available whenever I needed anything. The two Golden Retrievers were a delight and added a lot of charm to the experience – I enjoyed spending time with them in the evening. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay at Harsh's place. The property was clean and easy to find. We had complete privacy. It overlooks a park and there was ample parking. Overall a great find!

we are overwhelmed with Mr Prashant response. We had requested him for room heater and he able to arrange though it's not mentioned in list of facilities. Our sincere thanks to Host. For guest requirement adequate tea, biscuits and other ingredients placed. We all had very comfortable and good time.

Everything is perfect. Nice view, quiet neighbourhood, hosts who are like family, and even the food was great. The host and his family are intelligent and well-mannered. It was a great place that was very friendly and family-like but also protected the privacy of the guests. I will stay here again on my next visit to Kathmandu. I hope they are doing well. 🙏

So special, peaceful and magical. From the moment I came- Megh and his beautiful family were there to take me with a taxi from the most close city and after to drive me to the home. The space is quiet, peaceful and has lovely people living around. The beautiful smell of the wood oven fire places, the sound of nothing in the morning as you enjoy a tea. You are really one with the mountains and forest. Yummy curries made with love from megh and his wife Rena. Chai. Aloo paratha, curd and pickles. I made most of my food and went for shopping in Banjar, the most close village. It is 1 hour walking but megh can drive you or take things for you- if you wish. If your interested in a beautiful walk in the sacred himalayas, my time here is an experience i will remember forever. The house is SO very comfy, great kitchen, warm blankets for winter as it can be very cold but with the sauna and fire its lovely. You can feel how much love went into this space and simones beautiful energy all around.
