We loved Dil's place. The little balcony over the garden was perfect for our morning coffee, and we loved the rooftop patio in the evenings. Dil was always responsive, gave us a tour of the area so we could find our way around, and gave us information on where to get groceries, etc. We would stay again.

Great location, great hosts. Clean and Ambient rooms with good wifi and lighting. Would def recommend this spot.

This stay has been nothing but magical, comfortable and memorable. It is definitely a home away from home. Located right on the highway with mesmersing views of the valley and moutains, this place feels very secure. All amenties are available within the premises of the society. The staff comes to clean the home everyday which makes the home look beautiful each day. The host and caretaker are very helpful and have been of great help all along the duration of the stay. I would love to come back and stay here again for a longer duration. Highly reccomended for people who enjoy remote working midst of beautiful views.

Very comfortable home away from home

Hi everyone! Just wanted to leave a review about this place. The first thing worth mentioning is the location — the apartment is very close to the center of Thamel, just a 5-minute walk to all the cafes, restaurants, and spots with great European-style breakfasts. Secondly, the hosts are super friendly! On the first day, they showed me where to buy affordable fruits and vegetables and even recommended some local places with delicious food. Overall, they were always quick to help and respond to any requests I had (and I had quite a few, haha). It’s only a 10-minute walk to Durbar Square — everything is really close by. Highly recommend!

Our Stay in Sunrise apartments has been fantastic! At first we were worried we would be too far away from everything to move around comfortably, but right away Gokul and his wife eased our worries and we just loved the area- quiet, peaceful and close enough to get to everything. They were so helpful from the beginning and exceptionally accommodating and kind. They were absolutely great hosts, always responsive and very helpful all throughout our stay. We were so happy with the house, it was very comfortable and clean and had great Wi-Fi for working abroad. We were very pleased with the place and will definitely return. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

I had a great stay at Urban Retreat Studio Apartments. It is located in a convenient location of Lalitpur and is very walkable. The room was spacious, open, and very bright with lots of windows. Parbat, the host, was very responsive and quick to answer and accommodate my questions. I'd recommend this place for those looking for a studio apartment in the heart of Kathmandu.

Awesome property thats surely a hidden gem! Nestled in a quaint quiet mountain town away from the crowds and city life. The home has amazing views - photos do not do it justice! The patio plus 3-4 rooms have full windows providing a panoramic view of the Himalayas! Unmatched and impressive! The amenities, cleanliness, services (cook, cleaning, housekeeper, help) make it even more awesome!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The place is very well maintained and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even smoother. The society itself is quite large and beautifully designed – I really enjoyed taking peaceful walks within the premises. There’s also a convenient food court and a restaurant inside the society, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Hassle free stay. Felt like top notch hotel. Anything you need you just name it, staff will do their best to get it done. Service was on top. Rooms were as describe. I got lucky as Sam upgraded me to the penthouse. Worry free stay. Will be back for sure. Best place!!!

Abhishek's apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location is great and the apartment is super comfortable. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with and he helped us with anything we needed. The apartment is huge and has all the ammenties required for a comfortable stay. good place for a quick stay. was very easy to communicate with Tapesh and property manager Anurag. they were always available to help with questions.

This is our first time in India. We stayed our first few days at the appartment. We're leaving 5-star review because the bathroom, bedroom and living room were very clean and the functionalities of the appliances we needed to use worked. But they have seen a lot of years of very intensive use. Caretaker Das was very helpful and friendly. The Sector 14 has security personnel which keeps the main street environment at bay so the steet in front of the building is relatively calm. Zomato, Swiggy, Uber worked great. However, coming from europe, be cautious that I'm applying a relative Delhi scale in this rating. You will have full blast india experience as soon as you leave the colony and walk towards any metro station. At the dual carriage main road there is working market, crowds, huge traffic, cows, litter, people begging... You must cross this road to get to metro. For us it was fun but there is a level of risk involved and you will leave your european comfort zone. You see real Delhi.

The place is amazing in terms of its value, its location, and ambience. The host is responsive, friendly and always eager to help. We had a great time. Would love to stay again in future.
