Monthly Rentals in Hillside Court, Richmond

Nancy's house is always so neat and clean, perfect for short or long stays. It's a bonus to have Nancy on site; not only does she keep the house extremely clean and organized, but she is incredibly friendly, and I always have interesting chats with her and her guests. This is clearly one of the best Airbnbs in Richmond, and I have tried quite a few.

Outdoor Adventures Dream was a good location for us since it was only 5 minutes away from our family. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and it was just what we needed since we spent most of our time with family for meals, etc.

So nice to arrive at a place and have the codes work for access and the space rented be as expected. No surprises is a great way to start. We even had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. If I ever needed to be back in Richmond I would 100% book here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The photos are very accurate and the host was very responsive. It’s very cute inside and very well done. A few constructive feedback items: There’s no closet in the spare bedroom so storage space is very limited for hanging items. The front and backyard could use some love and work. It would have been nice to have a cool space to sit on the front porch or in the backyard with some atmosphere/ vibe but there wasn’t. The last thing is not the fault of the host but the surrounding neighborhood/ streets don’t appear to be the safest. I would not recommend staying in this area with young kids. Once again though, the home is very nice just wish the area surrounding it was nicer.
