Arely has a wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room for 3. I would say the futon was more for a kid and not as comfortable for an adult. Awning over the door is great to have if it were raining. Bath was spacious. She is wonderfully quick to respond for any help--which I only needed for checking in. My app wouldn't show the box code.

Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

Everything was very good, we are very grateful! Mireya was always helpful. He lent us a cell phone charger base because we didn't have the flat plugs used in the US. We went to the beach one day and Mireya and her husband Álvaro, always very kind, besides giving us tips, lent us a thermal bag. We wanted to make some juice and they promptly lent us a blender that wasn't in the kitchen. The place is small but everything is tidy. The sink is a little small and the kitchen is tiny, but with lots of practical utensils, pots and a great non-stick frying pan too. We just found the air conditioning a little cold for our standard in Brazil. In addition to the internal device in the room, there is another that must be general for the house and this one cannot be turned off. Shared washer and dryer work super well, it's also a good differential.
