Beautifully designed and maintained annex. Exceptionally clean everywhere, spacious and a thoroughly delightful place to stay. Surprisingly easy to reach the centre of Rugby and all the main routes north and south from the village too - easier than some places I've stayed that look nearer on the map ! The village is very pleasant and quiet too - so all in all - highly recommended.

Lovely stay, property was clean and tidy with everything you would need for a short break. There is a local park a few minutes walk if you are bringing a dog. I would rate our stay 10/10 and highly recommend to others. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

It was our first stay at the barn and we both loved the barn and the location it was very clean and felt homely with comfortable beds and a kitchen big enough to have a meal with friends with 4 local pubs and a convenience store all within a 5-10 minute walk it was an ideal location and a charming village to walk around or a walk on the canal path with a shop open for drinks and freshly baked bread overall the barn and the hosts surpassed our expectations hopefully return next time we visit family in the area

They say good things come in small packages - and this is definitely the case with the Dairy! Perfect location just outside Dunchurch village, this small but perfectly formed annex was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. Although there is no kitchen the annex has everything needed to organize a light meal. Old world features with some modern touches, great shower, very comfortable (firm) bed, heated towel rail, efficient central heating and a range of tv selections. The garden of the house is beautiful and as there had been a spell of perfect weather when we visited the blossom was lovely and we loved the carpet of petals on the grass! Carina - our host - met us on arrival and the day we left, was helpful, friendly and welcoming, even providing a slice of birthday cake one evening! Highly recommended place to stay!
