Monthly Rentals in Hillgrove

This was the perfect choice for a last minute getaway for the long ANZAC weekend with our 15mo baby. We were lucky with the sunny weather for seal spotting (clear skies for stargazing at night, too!) but the tiny house would have been cozy even in the rain. There were lots of lovely little touches, like lamps for soft lighting (something so many places forget!), some great two player games, a soft blanket and chocolates in the fridge, as well as a great shower and very comfortable pillows. We might be air fryer converts now, too! The little boy had a great time toddling about the garden and down on the beach, and the portacot seemed to meet with his approval. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Awesome location with fabulous sea views. Great to be only a short walk to the local tavern. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious with modern decor and furniture. Host was an excellent communicator who we would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning to Moeraki and this awesome air BnB

Maxene’s place is a dream stay and one of the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve experienced 😇 The ocean view from the living room is truly top-level, making every moment inside feel like a retreat. Just one minute down the private stairs to the beach, you’ll find yourself completely lost in the magic of hanging out with sea seals and soaking in the peaceful beauty of the coastline 🦭 The house itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully prepared, offering the perfect balance of comfort and nature. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and every detail makes you feel at home. This is the kind of place where you can truly reset, slow down, and be present. Maxene is a super kind host, always making sure everything is right for her guests. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made our stay even more special ❤️ If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. We're already dreaming of coming back.
