We really enjoyed the place because it was nice and quiet. Saw several deer and birds from the patio. Was close to lots of places to see. Great place to stay.

We had a great weekend. The home was beautiful but the yard was what really makes this place amazing it’s gorgeous and spacious. Great location not to busy but close enough to down town that you don’t spend your whole vacation driving. Kelly was very helpful and responsive. I messaged her multiple times over our stay and she always responded quickly and was very helpful.

Great clean house! very spacious home and kitchen was fully equipped. Walmart and grocery stores were close by. Neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed morning and evening walks. Mount Rushmore and Crazy horse were nice places to visit, not a horrible drive. loved being able to park in the garage too! highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Tai's place in Rapid City! Had all the amenities we needed with four kids and was a 5 minute walk to downtown.

This home was conveniently located within a few minute's drive to restaurants, grocery store, and freeway-Great home base for exploring nearby areas. Half a mile from the bike path system. Minimally decorated, it was clean, newly remodeled and lacking nothing for a one week stay. The one negative is something completely outside the host's control, but there's a cement factory about half a mile away that produces a "hum". Imperceptible during the day, but was apparent at night. A brown noise YouTube video finally helped drown it out, but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue.

Joe was an excellent host. This was a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze. Communication was prompt and courteous. I had a question up front and Joe's care in answering my concerns let me know that this would be a great experience. The home was comfortable, private, and very clean. We had all the amenities we needed. The home was a great jumping off point for all the Black Hills have to offer. It's an easy enough drive to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Devil's Tower and various other tourists stops along the way. Not to mention Rapid City itself - it's a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the lovely downtown area. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area. Large, flat, fenced backyard perfect for dogs! Close to a park with great walking paths. We took a family vacation with our dogs, our adult daughter, her spouse, and their son (our grandson) and this place was perfect! We all had plenty of room, and the full kitchen was perfect for family meals. Being near hwy 16 was perfect for all the sight-seeing and fun kid activities. Would definitely recommend if you are taking a trip to the Black Hills.

The host was very proactive and provided helpful information throughout our stay. The house was clean, just as listed, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dogs after a long day of travel. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

Amazing place! It’s right off the highway so easy to get to and such a gorgeous house. The beds were super comfy also! Perfect house to hangout at. The only downfall with being pet friendly is there is so much mud around the house. And the rocks are hard for a dog to walk on. But still recommend and will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

Beautiful please and amazing views, staff very professional and friendly, information about what to do in the area was very helpful giving by front office, definitely recommended!!! Will go back with family again in the future, price was correct for what is giving!!!

We loved Custer and this little house was in a great location, just steps to restaurants and a large park / play area for children. We found the house to be clean and tidy. There is a very small grill but no utensils etc we purchased charcoal and left what we did not use for the next guests. No laundry at the house as stated on the listing but there’s a laundry across the street. The yard is fenced, our dog thanks you.

We loved our stay in the stargazer cabin! It was such a beautiful property, clean, and peaceful. Mackenzie’s recommendations for activities and restaurants were great! The heated mattress pad was perfect for our September stay! We would definitely stay here again 😊

This cabin was the PERFECT spot for our family's SD getaway! We loved how close it was to Wind Cave National Park and Custer State Park. We felt very safe in the cabin. My boys loved the loft beds upstairs. I enjoyed reading out on the front porch with a great view and great breeze. We'd highly recommend this cabin!

Heidi’s place was wonderful. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do but still far enough that it felt peaceful. The listing was just as nice in person as in photos. We would definitely stay here again!

The host provided detailed directions for finding this cabin which was helpful since it is in a pretty remote location. I would definitely recommend taking the route that has you driving on 3 miles of gravel road and not 11 miles. The woods were beautiful, and we were able to find a nice hiking trail very close by. The yard was also great and the dogs had a great time running around.
