Had stayed at mirrisa at this place, place is extremely clean and well maintained, host's are very kind and I highly recommend anyone to consider this place for smooth stay

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building; the family of the owner of the apartment lives on the second floor. You will also have access to the roof on which peacocks fly. The apartments are large, you have a full kitchen with (microwave, blender, rice cooker, stove) there is an ironing board and iron. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. The owner also bought additional shampoo and hair conditioner. The house itself is located not far from the roadway, but the sounds of cars are absolutely inaudible. Keep in mind that the house is located on the ground floor and some insects that are not dangerous may enter you. There were some interruptions with the Internet, but the owner did everything possible to correct the situation, but I advise you to buy an additional SIM card with Internet. The owner speaks very good English and helps with all questions. If you decide to stay you will feel safe with this family😊

Проживала наша сім'я в цьому помешканні 4 місяці.Я,чоловік 3 дітей і наш пес!Помешкання повністю відповідає фото,три просторі кімнати,простора кухня,висока огорожа.Дуже хороший інтернет! Чудове розташування,рядом магазин,місцевий ринок.Дуже привітні сусіди!Всім раджу це помешкання на довготривале перебування.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison privée (le propriétaire habite ailleurs). Ce logement est récent donc il est en état neuf. Il y a un grand lit king size de très bonne qualité (+ un petit lit d'appoint dans l'entrée), la climatisation et un ventilateur, une machine à laver et une cuisine. Il y a zéro bruit extérieur donc j'ai très bien dormi. Le logement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et non touristique, avec beaucoup de végétation. A l'arrivée, le propriétaire peut venir nous chercher sur la route principale avec sa moto. Il y a 2 bons restaurants à 12 minutes à pied, au bord de la plage, et plusieurs épiceries à 5 minutes à pied.

Chaminda hat uns herzlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Am Neujahr durften wir sogar traditionelle Speisen aus Sri Lanka probieren, die er extra für uns auf den Tisch gestellt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Отдыхали семьей с двумя детьми дошкольниками. В доме есть все для комфортной жизни: стиральная машина, газовая плита, тостер, соковыжималка, в общем полноценная кухня. В душе есть водонагреватель. В каждой спальне кондиционер и москитная сетка. Но мы не пользовались, вполне хватало вентиляторов и открытых окон, к тому же на Шри-Ланке дорогое электричество. Чандана (хозяин виллы) всегда был готов помочь нам по любым вопросам. Он живет в соседней вилле, и все было очень оперативно: будь то трансфер, экскурсии или наше неумение обращаться с местными насекомыми. В день заезда Чандана свозил нас бесплатно на маленькую экскурсию по городу, показал пляжи, банкоматы, магазины и т.д. обратный рейс был ночным, и хозяева виллы сделали все возможное для нашего комфортного позднего выселения. Да, за электричество платили отдельно, по показаниям счетчика. Также с газом, центрального газа на Шри-Ланке нет, будет баллон, но там не дорого. Уборка также не входит в стоимость, 1000 рупий за 1 раз, убираются хорошо. Из минусов отмечу, что нам было все же далеко, ходить по прибрежной дороге Хиккадувы ну... не очень комфортно, особенно с детьми (нет у них тротуаров, а движение типично азиатское). Поэтому, бронируя эту виллу, рассчитывайте заранее на тук тук или байки.

Отдыхали с 31 апреля по 16 марта. Договорились с хозяином о трансфере из аэропорта за честную цену и так же трансфер обратно. Жилье очень комфортное, определенно стоит своих денег, хозяин очень приветливы, угощал фруктами и приглашал на традиционный завтрак. Вокруг вас будут жить много обезьянок, разнообразных птичек и милые белки 🐿️ Обезьяны ни разу не заходили на нашу территорию так как пугливые но наблюдать за ними со стороны одно удовольствие. В безопасности жилья можно быть абсолютно спокойным. Так же к нам приезжали друзья и дом рассчитан чтобы принять 4 человека но без ночевой так как кондиционер только в одной спальне а остальное помещение охлаждают вентиляторы. Кухня большая просторная с плитой, блендером, рисоваркой и всем необходимым если захочется готовить самим. Душевая с туалетом большая и просторная. Так же хозяин предлагает экскурсию в Эллу и может отвезти вас туда на своей машине за хороший прайс. А на 3 этаже вас ждут 2 шезлонга и потрясающий вид на звездное небо 🌌

המקום הזה היה מדהים - מכל הבחינות! נתחיל מזה ש Chandana תמיד היה שם בשבילנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים - באמת שלא דימיינו שהוא יהיה כל כך תומך ועוזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. הוא עזר לנו עם למצוא מקומות לנסוע אליהם, מחירים לטוקטוק ואפילו לקח אותנו איזה פעמיים לעיר פשוט כי הוא נחמד ואדיב. Chandana מעבר למארח ברמה מאוד גבוהה הפך להיות חבר ואם נחזור לסרי לנקה בוודאות נבוא לבקר אותו! המקום עצמו - מדהים. יש עליית גג פתוחה עם נוף ממש יפה, האיזור שקט - זה ממש כפר קטן כמה דקות מחוץ לעיר ומרגישים בג׳ונגל. יצא לנו לראות סנאים חמודים על העצים, לטאות מגניבות ואפילו קופים! שזה פשוט היה אדיר בעינינו. מעבר לעליית גג הענקית שיש למעלה הוילה עצמה נקייה, מעוצבת טוב, יש תאורה מעולה, מיטות נוחות, החדר רחצה גדול ונקי ופשוט בכללי הוילה מדהימה. לא פעם אחת או פעמיים אמא של צ׳נדנה הביאה לנו אוכל שהיא בישלה, שאם יוצא לכם לטעום ממנו אתם תרגישו מה זו אהבה של אמא דרך אוכל.. תודה צ׳נדנה על הכל!

Lovely space away from the busy streets of Unawatuna. The fan above the bed was a life saver as it can get very warm at night if you have the shutters shut at night like we did. Quick tuk tuk ride into the main Street or a short walk by Kumara shortcut direction. Very welcoming family, greeted with coconuts and tea in the morning. Kumara the villa owner was very helpful with tuk tuk lift around Unawatuna and dropping us to Mirissa.

Quite simply my favourite place I've ever stayed. We went as two couples, myself and girlfriend in the downstairs apartment and another couple in the upstairs apartment. I can't recommend the place enough, you stay on a small compound of two villas and an elderly couple who are the caretakers for the grounds. It is private and secure, the caretakers are lovely and often came around offering us fruit and coconuts as a nice gesture. The pool is cleaned everyday and is lovely, there is also an out door shower next to the pool. We also saw a lot of wildlife around the apartments which was amazing. The downfalls is that the water pressure in the upstairs apartment sometime didn't really work so they had to use the downstairs apartments shower. Also it is about a 20 minute walk from town, which you might see as a bonus. It's easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk to town as and when you need one. It should also be noted that the pool is shared with the other villa in the compound, so it is not completely private. Hikka Villa's the company that runs the villas were fantastic, great with communication, helped us organise a tour and were over all very helpful and pleasant to deal with

Мы жили 2 месяца, успели побывать во всех квартирах. Наша личная рекомендация- берите верхние апартаменты, там потрясающий вид) В пешей доступности есть супермаркеты, овощные рынки, даже палатки со свежим тунцом, везде прайс для местных, тк место не туристическое. До пляжа унаватуны на туктук 20 минут, 600 рупий. до форта пешком 35 минут, на туктук 10 минут.

I with my friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our time there! The place is lovely and 100% matches photo, Location is also very good - there're beach, cafes and big grocery store are in 15-minute walk. Kelani and Shantha were very welcoming and supportive in everything! Highly recommend this place, would love to revisit it!

Расположение дома в дали от пляжа но при наличии байка или Тук утка эта проблема решается. Мы очень довольны этой виллой. Спасибо. Наша оценка 5!

We spent a week at Breeze Villa with our 3 year old daughter. The location of Anomas Villa is amazing - directly located at the beach. You can literally wake up and walk straight into the beautiful sea. In the morning, swimming is very safe for children. However, this location comes with the downside that there are no shops, cafes or good restaurants in walking distance. As TukTuks are easily accessible all the time, this was no problem for us because Unawatuna was just a 5-10 min TukTuk ride away. The villa itself is very big with 4 bedrooms (all with AC, 3 with mosquito nets) and 2 living rooms. The terrace is stunning. One should be aware that you pay for the location and the size - the equipment and overall condition of the villa is ok. Chaminda is a great host, responded to all our needs immediately and was very attentive. His family even prepared a Sri Lankan meal for us on our last day. Overall, we had an amazing time at Breeze Villa and can highly recommend the villa to people who want to spend their holidays in a unique location!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I had, Shashika made all the difference on my stay, upon arrival I met him and his family organizing the house for our arrival, really kind and sweet people who later received us for an amazing lunch. Anything I would need for my stay Shashika was up to assist, from renting a bike to an additional fan I got within an hour. The house is beachfront and it’s really private and peaceful there, the morning walks were amazing. There’s a beachfront restaurant 5 minutes walking from the beach which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. In adicional shashika’s family offers breakfast which we ordered and it was great. The suits are comfortable with AC and comfortable beds. Nothing to complain but just to thank for the great hospitality trough the week.

2 families of 5 each stayed here. The staff were very attentive and Rohana, the chef was wunderbar! Cooked us some amazing meals and catered to all our requests. The kids loved the pool, even though the resident water monitor got first dibs one day🤪 A lovely, relaxing stay; exactly what we hoped for. We even got treated to a peacock dance outside our window. Lucky us!

This place is so cute and brimming with jungle life. A flock of peafowl and some monkeys would pop out just behind the house everyday. The two gentlemen on site were such great helpers with everything from our bags to our breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again given the chance and think you should too!

Wow.....We stayed for our winter break for two months and it was fantastic. The villa, although a little quirky was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the outside areas were fantastic, really good pool and beutifully kept gardens, with direct access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Gievs was always on hand to give us local information and to resolve any problems that occurred. Having problems reaching the beach due to the sand retracting with the tide he organised wooden steps to make our access easier within day....fantastic. The biggest joy of our stay was the house manager...Sadika who was always on hand to keep the villa pristinely clean and serve the best gin and tonics in Sri Lanka. his mother would come and cook our meals if we wished and honestly, her food was outstanding, beating most restaurant standards in the area. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : le cadre est incroyable et la villa est soignée. Les chambres sont climatisées et la piscine, à parfaite température. Vinura est un hôte qui a le sens de l'hospitalité et qui est prêt à aider en toutes circonstances, tant au niveau du séjour en lui-même que des recommandations de visites aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre nuit dans cet Airbnb et ne pouvons que vous inciter à vous y rendre si vous êtes de passage vers Galle !

Nicely tucked away in a quiet(ish) spot away from traffic noise (the coast road is LOUD), this is a good base to enjoy the beach (3 mins walk) without being deafened by all the busses honking! Unexpectedly comfy bed - firm mattress, no creaking, good mosquito net and decent ceiling fan. Beautiful garden full of exciting plants and creatures. Note that the "2nd bedroom" is in the loft up a steep ladder with no separation wall. For us that worked out fine as a kid's room but be aware in case you need more privacy or accessibility ;)
