Brittany was a fantastic host! She was wonderful and made me feel right at home from check in to check out! Brittany welcomed me with delicious snacks :) The home was beautiful and had all brand new amenities. Brittany made sure the bathroom and kitchen was stocked with utensils, toilet tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies which was super appreciated for a traveling nurse! Decor was very cool! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! Super close to VCU hospital! When issues occurred, Brittany was quick to resolve! Had a lovely stay and would recommend this property to anyone traveling for work or vacationing. Thanks again for an amazing stay ❤️

Lovely place to stay for a month. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We did a lot of cooking as we were there to help with our son and his wife with a newborn. The beds were comfortable and the house is just as beautiful as the photos on the listing. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas and was very clean. We will book again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The bed is so cozy &the smartTV placements are excellent. One in front of the bed& another in the front room. Large storefront style window lets in lots of natural light throughout the day, but has a thick shade you can easily pull down for privacy. The extra blanket in the closet was a total win. AC units in the space are quiet, &work really well so I could keep it chilly as I slept. The shower pressure is gentle, but not weak in any way, &the water stays hot. I dont suggest sleeping on the futon in the front room, but for a small seating spot, it works. Work desk in front room is awesome. I really enjoyed sitting at my computer there& enjoying all the natural light. Cemetery across the street is really peaceful. Grassy space w/mature trees to go for a jog, &I loved the wildflowers popping up all over. The neighborhood is super safe& quiet! I read in some reviews warnings about bugs, &I can report I didn't see a single bug! Place is spotless! 5 Stars

Everything we could need was included in the unit. The only thing I wish we had was maybe a shower head that put out a bit more water pressure. Otherwise our stay was wonderful, and the host was extremely responsive.
