I understood when I experienced how right I made my decision by choosing this apartment. The accompaniment of the sounds of birds is invaluable while sitting on the patio and drinking my coffee. The house is clean, tidy and large enough. It's a very decent neighborhood. We rented cars and had a great time with my daughter. Thank you so much to the hosts for their interest and sincerity 🙏🏻💕 If I were to come again, my house would be clear , yours ?

Great place to stay on our short trip to visit Descanso gardens. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. My kids loved the toys and books. Some good restaurants nearby. Katy was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Michelle and Gary were great hosts. I received very clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to check-in. They met me in person and we had a very friendly chat as they showed me around the whole place. The room itself was spacious, clean, homely and comfortable. The neighborhood is also extremely nice and peaceful. I loved the stay and will happily return and recommend them.

Martha’s place is beautiful, clean and very unique. The whole experience was delightful and well thought out. Martha placed fresh flowers in the room and included snacks and drinks. Everything in the space is of high quality and tasteful. The location is perfect as the beach and Broadway, and public transits to downtown LA were within walking distance. Despite being so close to attractions, it’s quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kathy and Steve were fantastic hosts. The space was exactly as described and I was very impressed with how clean it was and how thoughtful the they were in setting the place to have everything a traveler/visitor would need. Great job guys. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything about this place was amazing!! From the location to the inside and outside of this place, we loved how private it was and how comfortable it felt. We loved it, it was just the perfect size for us three, the bathroom was nice!! And loved the bedroom, it had many good things, also Charles was very responsive, always making sure to answer any question you had! Please make sure to stay in this place if you ever visit LA specially if you have an event near downtown LA or if you want to visit Koreatown. It’s affordable and super nice!! Thank you Charles!!

This Airbnb was perfect! The location is amazing, and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. I stayed by myself and got the rest and relaxation I desperately needed! I would highly recommend staying here :)

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

This was a great air bnb. Close to all the best of los feliz! This is a separate basement unit, but daylight basement with a private patio and a view! Own dedicated parking spot. Safe neighborhood. Super clean. The listing mentioned their family with kids live above but we didn't hear much noise from above, just occasional walking feet. Otherwise the unit was very private and separate from the main home. I stayed here with a friend and the hosts made up the sofa bed for us before our late arrival - so kind and appreciated! We had a great stay and recommend to others. I will stay here again next time i'm in the area!

Had a great stay while I was here for a week. It was nearby everything that I have potentially needed, far away from the chaos of L.A but close enough to where there's still lots to do. Gil was really accommodating and welcoming during my entire stay. Place looked exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. would book again. thank you!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

nice converted garage. I enjoyed having my breakfast on the outside bistro table which had great morning sun. Quiet location, nice tree lined streets, far enough away from busy blvd's but close enough to walk to everything. Shower was tricky to figure out but there were clear instructions. Plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and utensils, a good variety of cooking supplies in cabinet.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and host experience in this beautiful & immaculate small oasis! The room is extremely comfortable ... clean and very secure. I absolutely love the private patio with twinkle lights & firepit! Derek & Sylvia’s place was absolutely perfect. Instructions were always clear, and hosts are super responsive. The garden & koi pond are better than the pictures would have you imagine, just so peaceful. The flowers smell great every time you enter. The space is artfully designed and never felt cramped. A key highlight was the bed — truly, more comfortable than at home (which is really rare for AirBnB)! I think there was a memory foam mattress topper along with memory foam pillows. I don’t cook, so the sparse kitchen was no problem for me. Also loved the ceiling height and overall feel of the bathroom and living room space. Will recommend to any friends visiting LA.

We had a great stay ! Place was clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. Plenty of spots to park which was handy. Check in was easy too. Would 100% recommend staying here!
