The space and amenities were perfect for our stay-cation.

Great location for ice fishing. Listing is accurate, spacious and clean. Will definitely book again and look forward to checking this home out for a summer trip. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful!

Stayed here with a few friends over our college break, it was an awesome time and the perfect space for a group of college students to relax and all be together. Lots of activities within the house (ping pong, pool table, cornhole, darts) which made the trip better. Great fridge space and bathrooms/showers worked well. More than enough sleeping spaces for me and all my friends. Would highly recommended to any large group looking for a fun getaway!

Brandi’s place is the perfect lake vacation. She had a lot of extras we were not even expecting; kayaks, lily pad, paddle board, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and they have an extra fridge in the garage. The yard was perfect for our cornhole. Neighbors were very nice and two even joined us for a drink on our patio (we offered). Brandi was very responsive to all communication.

Had a great stay at Beth's in the winter. Cool house with lots of space that worked well for our group of 8. We loved the cottage vibe and appreciated all the amenities, kitchen basics, cleanliness, and feeling of home. The record player and great vinyl collection was a fun bonus. We had a bit of an issue with heat during our stay but the wood stove and plentiful dry firewood, kindling, and fire starters kept us warm throughout. Overall it's an amazing property in a great location with excellent hosts! Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Corey’s place! The property was spotless and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The beautiful view was truly breathtaking and added so much to our overall experience. The home had everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Corey was extremely responsive to all our inquiries and went above and beyond by leaving an air compressor for us to fill up our swim tubes. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you, Corey, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Sally and Charlie are excellent hosts and the property is fabulous. The Captains Quarters house is large and group friendly with room to spread out and a table that will handle unto 12(!!!) people around it. Fun times there with a beach (sandy!!) and swim area (with a raft). All beach toys are available for use (see the extensive list of what's available). We were made to feel right at home from the minute we got there until we left. Would certainly put this property on a list of future stays!

We loved our stay at this house. Great location right on the lake, beautiful views and the snow made it even better. The house was as described, clean and very comfortable. We skied 2 days at Schuss and this is a convenient location for that. The dogs had plenty of room to roam the house and were comfortable as well! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

great quiet cabin had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. no wifi or tvs so if your looking to disconnect this is perfect. We will be back in the future.

Wonderful place to stay, had a small issue of a blown fuse when we arrived but the host responded in less than 10 min and issue was resolved in under 15 min. hot tub was great and loved the extra bags and ball for our four legged companion. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Lewiston. The house and location was beautiful, clean, and a welcome place after some long days outside in the cold. We enjoyed having space for all 7 of us on various floors, but a large enough of a common area to all be together for dinner and a movie. Wayne and Lindsey were friendly hosts, would recommend to others and stay here again in the future.

This spot on East Houghton Lake Drive is really majestic. It's right on the water, the view can't be beat and it's all ground floor, no steps, which is so helpful for those who may have mobility issues. There is a gorgeous year between the house and water that has beautiful trees that provide lots of shade while there's still plenty of green space for those who may have little ones to play. The house itself has a great up north cottage feel and the space is wonderful (3 bedrooms, big living room and a real movie-theater type of TV experience in the living room as well. The host (Carmen) is awesome, tremendously kind and really accessible if you need anything, her concern that her guests enjoy their stay is clearly 5 star in its own right. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

If you like rustic charm with modern amenities, this is your place! We recently spent a week at the chalet and absolutely loved it. The whole property is beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping has clearly been a labor of love over the years. The grounds and especially the lakeside are stunning and Ron and Noreen did it all themselves. So much was in bloom -the colors were fantastic. As far as the chalet, they have thought of everything and we could have easily packed less....we will next time! Having a full kitchen was great, the place was spotless and the views of the lake very relaxing. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, swimming and kayaking. The pictures online are exactly what the chalet looks like. We were very pleased. Thanks Ron & Noreen!

House was so good, had alot of things you might need throughout your stay. She was quick to respond if you messaged her about anything. The beach was very nice with some water activities as well, and the neighbors were super kind and just friendly also. We had a great stay and will be back next year.

This is the perfect retreat especially for larger families. Lots of space inside and out. Close to beach/lake access. Very homey. We will be back.

My oldest goes to school at CMU and instead of leaving him there alone for Easter we rented this to be able to spend it together. We spent the weekend playing board games and having a fire. It was a perfect spot to enjoy being together. The hosts are amazing! I forgot flour at home so Lynette brought me a couple tbsp. Anytime we had questions Rex answered immediately and brought over whatever it was that was needed- firewood, a lighter. A+ home. Felt comfy and cozy and the record player in the game room made the experience even better. Thank you so much for giving my kids a memorable weekend!

We had a great few days here! The space was plenty big for a few small families, and was exactly as we expected.
