(without traffic) from Universal Studios, the Burbank Airport, Noho Arts District, and the Metro Station. The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
