This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Angela's Mallard Cottage is spectacular! A four-storey beautiful, welcoming house that provided everything we needed for a special birthday celebration. We had ample space with the choice of comfortable bedrooms, the relaxing living room, a well-stocked kitchen space, and ambient garden with hot tub and bird song overlooking the trees and sunny skies. We couldn't have wanted for more! We loved the duck themed decor and the little touches everywhere to welcome us - the generous basket of food and drinks, a birthday card and chocolates, dressing gowns and slippers. What made it extra sweet was the fact we had our previously booked property cancelled at short notice that morning and so Angela and her team pulled out all of the stops to get the cottage prepared for us in a few hours. It saved the day and meant we'll always have beautiful memories of the weekend spent with old friends, in the cottage and the surrounding hillside walks.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

The hobbit house was very spacious, clean, modern and loved the overall decor. We felt comfortable and at home here. Lovely bed with the skylight, and comfy chairs to chill and watch TV. The kitchen was easy to use! Absolutely loved the hot tub, it felt private and the surroundings was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, it was lovely and warm for us and we had it all to ourselves! The host Michael was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around, he ensured we felt right at home. He also recommended some places to visit and where to eat/drink in the area too. He was flexible and happy for us to use our hot tub and the pool at any hour. When we mentioned we’d forgotten our speaker for music, he kindly let us borrow his which was so kind, and we really enjoyed it! Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come here again, thank you!

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. The instructions for check in were really helpful and the house had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay. Really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. Thanks so much.

This is a perfect house for a group holiday. It's spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in a great location for exploring Buxton and the beautiful local countryside. We had a wonderful stay and would like to return.

Had a really love stay at this property for a hen do. Really scenic location, host was welcoming and very friendly. Gave clear instructions on where to park, plenty of car parking spaces. It is on a steep hill, so just something to bear in mind. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed! Beds were super comfy too! Thanks again Sara! x

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Been here twice, very clean house, easy to find and very close to the airport.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cosy, and just like the photos. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, which was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re going to the arena, it’s only a 10-minute drive really convenient. The best part was the bar the host has it’s really, really nice and adds a unique touch to the stay. Everything was reasonably priced too. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
