Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Carl's place is great! Exactly what we needed, it's comfortable, clean and in a great location. Just as it looks on the pictures. Ideally located for the zoo and a short drive to the promenade. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a lovely two family break. The house was spacious enough to accommodate us all (4adults/4kids). It had everything we needed. As others mentioned, there was issues with one neighbour, but we understand he will be moving soon. Hayley was responsive to our concerns when raised. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and train station. Only 6 mins into Blackpool on train so perfect for visiting the main attractions. We hope to be visiting again soon!

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

Stayed for 2 nights in the caravan, was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. In a lovely location close to the sea front.

Denise was extremely helpful and approachable. She took the time to send a few messages to ensure we were clear on check in. Denise welcomed us and showed us to the lodge. The lodge was super clean, well equipped and Denise even supplied the basic condiments, tea, coffee, juice, milk with some welcome biscuits thrown in! The lodge was also dog friendly. The kids loved their bed room and we were all very comfortable. We had a great stay and the lodge more than met our needs. We plan to return.

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

The caravan was lovely and felt like home. Found a lovely easter treat in the fridge 😋 and lots of little homly perks around the caravan which made us smile. Check in instructions were straight forward and detailed directions were given in plenty of time of arrival. Prompt responses from lisa and paul throughout the duration of our stay with useful tips to make life easier. A very enjoyable holiday in a lovely home and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only slight downside was the shower temperature. (Not sure if its shower related or user error 🤣) However, It did not ruin our holiday or our stay in any way and would definaltly love to come back again in the future for a longer stay to explore more of the surroundings. Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.

This property was beautiful, and as described. I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home from home. We visited with our dog and a lovely touch was the dog basket with blankets, towels and treats. It was spotlessly clean and had all the little things that you seem to forget when going away for a few days (salt, pepper, cleaning products). The host was very attentive and sent us so much information beforehand (where to visit, eat, local shops etc.) The property was situated in a quiet area with a little pond opposite us, it was lovely to see the ducks plodding along throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a few days relaxation, sight seeing and peace and quiet to give this property a go!

Great gem of a place, ideal for exploring not just Lytham but Lancs in general and perfect for a couple with a pet. Clean and cosy, don't hesitate!

Honestly blown away with this place! Booked for my partners birthday for 2 nights and it was absolutely gorgeous! Such a beautiful place with loads of space and the garden is just beautiful! I will 100% be back! So many lovely takeaways near by if you just want a quiet few days in and a Tesco express literally right round the corner. Would recommend 1000%!

Lovely little cottage that had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Comfy bed, great shower with super nice shower gel, and lots of useful bits and bobs in the kitchen. Lovely surprise to have a bottle of Prosecco and cookies left for us too - thank you! Perfect location for walking into the village, eating at Rogan & Co and exploring the Southern Lakes. We went to Netherwood Spa for a 90 min Thermal Journey which is a 10 min drive, highly recommend after a day of walking! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

Stayed with friends at Victoria's place. It was just as described and I would definitely go back. It's in the centre of Lytham but on a quiet street so perfect for all the restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. Victoria is a great host.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us while we were visiting relatives in the area. Sue is a wonderful host, responsive and very welcoming, and we felt very much at home. Our dog was also well catered for and enjoyed the safe and secure garden. There are lovely walks nearby, especially along the River Wyre and over towards Singleton. We would heartily recommend this place, and hope to return one day soon.

We had a brilliant family trip to Lytham and absolutely loved our stay! The property was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and near to the shops, and all the lovely restaurants. It was ideal for us and our dogs, who were made to feel just as welcome as we were. Sam, the host, was fantastic, incredibly accommodating and always happy to help with anything we needed. He was quick to sort out any small issues, which made everything feel effortless and relaxed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better base for our getaway. Would definitely stay again, thank you, Sam!
