Everything as described. Great house, loving decor, clean, very friendly host, we were very satisfied. We were 5 people (3 children, 16, 10 and 8 years old), the premises were very sufficient. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. Front patio, lawn and view of vineyard and lake great. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Hosts are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

I have nothing but praise for Anett's property and her exceptional hosting. The area is a peaceful village by beautiful Lake Balaton, surrounded by green fields and vineyards. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Just the right place for a perfect vacation on Lake Balaton. The welcome was warm and service is paramount here. The private accommodation is nicely modernly furnished and very clean. Huge garden, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, heated towel rack in the bathroom, rain shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms and of course the absolute highlight of the hot tub in the covered conservatory! Absolutely fantastic and just the right place to relax! Those who like to have it private away from the tourist hustle and bustle will get their money's worth here! Absolute recommendation!

We stayed here for the second time. It's especially for kids, with a huge garden and a playground. The house is well-equipped and clean.

Charming house, well-equipped, with a pleasant exterior (large outdoor table, barbecue, petanque court nearby). Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very good. Laura and Gabor are very friendly and full of good recommendations on activities nearby, as well as good places to visit. And if you are a nature lover, I recommend walking in the surrounding forests and hills, we came across a dozen deer and stags!

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

A nice and very clean appartment at walking distance from the beach, in a lovely village.With a wonderful host, who will give you a lot of tips on all the sights to visit in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Eva's place very much. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. A highlight was the fireplace in the garden. The children enjoyed the toys in the apartment. We were able to do a lot in the area.

We came to Hévíz for treatment. The apartments are conveniently located, a good road junction. Despite being some distance from the bath, even for a person with leg problems, the movement did not bring discomfort. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, comfortable sleeping places. The remoteness of the apartment provides quiet and peaceful evenings for family leisure. Thank you very much.

We had a pleasant stay in Bernhard and Ingrid's cottage, they were very welcoming and we were able to enjoy the pool when returning from our excursions. The cottage is in the quiet countryside, it is very pleasant and the garden is very well maintained by the hosts. A little advice all the same, you need a car to be able to enjoy the surroundings. Our kids loved it too, there are games available for them (swings, trampoline and sandbox) We had a lovely week's vacation thank you!!

I am happy to recommend the accommodation. I was very warmly welcomed, I was allowed to park my car on the premises right away. I had the outermost apartment in the big log cabin. Aniko gave a tour of the small fine apartment. It's all in great condition. There is a small kitchenette with basic equipment. I would like to stay there again, unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned. In short: Recommended!

We visited the place for the 3rd time and again we felt so welcomed. Dora is a great and helpful host and her house is the most cozy place. Location right in the heart of Tihany, walking distance everywhere. Fully equipped kitchen, clean house. Will definitely come back :) Thank you Dora

Great, very cozy stay, we felt at home from the first minute. It's extremely baby-friendly, there's a crib, high chair and toys, it was safe for the little apartment. Very nice host, really thought of everything and kept in touch with us, answered all questions right away. Flexible check-in, check-out. Everything was perfect!

its the third time i returned to this wonderful condo and its still the best place! tiny but has everything youll need. cafes, restaurants, beach is within 5 minutes yet its so quiet!

I spent four very pleasant days in this comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped studio. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to the center and amenities. Zslot is a thoughtful, available and very responsive host. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return on a future trip to Hungary.

Had a great stay at Steven’s for a few days. The unit looks bigger than in the photos, and we had enough space to move around in even with 2 large luggages and a cot set up. Had several requests to Steven, and he was very fast to address each one of them - just very easy to communicate with overall. Would definitely recommend!

An ideal apartment for up to 4 people. A quiet residential area. Great layout. Important were fly screens which were also installed everywhere. Great mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen appliances were also well stocked. I can highly recommend it.

The apartment is part of a larger guesthouse, composed of several apartments. This gives you space to safely store your bikes, closed parking. It's peaceful in his neighborhood. Hosts are very welcoming, quick to respond to messages. I also appreciated the tremendous flexibility with check in times. A large number of toys for children. The building itself does not lie on Balaton itself (5 minutes to the beach, 7 to the lake itself), but it is quiet because it is not on the main road to the lake. Nearby tracks do not interfere with rest, trains are quiet.

We enjoyed our trip to Balaton with 4 nights at Laszlo place. We stayed at the place with our little kid. We found the place clean, set up as in the photos and it was easy to use. Parking lot just a few meters from the entrance. The surroundings of the apartment complex were not finished but it bothered us only visually. Grocery store within 5 minutes walking. Centre of town reachable in 25 minutes.

A wonderful apartment, also for dog owners. Good amenities, everything clean and very straightforward communication with the landlady. Elevator is available and shopping is nearby. Lake Plattensee is a 7-minute walk away and there are activities in the village and surrounding area. The only drawback is that the apartment is very noisy, but residents/guests in the hallway are asked to keep quiet, so it's not that bad :)
