Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

Beautiful 15th century converted barn separate from main house nestling in rural countryside in Chiddingstone. Close to fabulous country pubs & gorgeous castles. Pub 3 mins walk (check opening hrs). A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

In the heart of beautiful sussex

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
